He has a great selection of pianos in his store and the price is very reasonable compared to other big piano stores in the area. My pianos have never sounded better. He gave me a welcomed and thorougd history of both of my Steinways. Having gone through multiple tuners, it is of no doubt that he is the one. I have had the same tuner for several generations and he is the first one that has respected the instrument and the work that has been done. Every tuner has their own phrases that they test during tuning. Dennis is a genius. Plain and simple. His tests are the equivalent of a Carnegie Hall performance. An absolute brilliant mind. Most tuners are a chore to get through and with him, it is a performance. He taught me many things I would have never known. He is as good as it gets. There aren't enough food words.
