My pretty girl is so soft, smells so good and looks so much better. Dawn recommended a couple products for me to use at home for my regular brushing of her in between grooms. I highly recommend Dawn however it can be at least six weeks to be able to get in with her. She's well worth the wait.

While…read morewaiting, I overheard the owner & another groomer badmouth & gossip the owners of a pet being groomed... beyond disappointing! I walked out & won't be returning. Talk about unprofessional! I had heard mixed reviews before dropping in & now got to experience it firsthand. Definitely not a business that deserves my business if they feel so open about trashing their customers! Maybe next time you want to put your customers down you should look around & make sure you don't scare any away! They don't deserve my hard earned money or probably yours either! Shame on you Jenny, and you are also setting a bad example for your employees! Your customers deserve your loyalty & not for you to talk badly about them in the environment they entrust you in to take care of their fur babies!

I have heard great things about her grooming to but she is booked up so far in…read moreadvanced I haven't gotten in ( I don't plan that far) but I have to figure if she is that booked that she must be just as good as a trainer as she is a groomer! I took her class and learned so much. Much better then any other training program I have even seen or been in. My girls learned just as much as I did, heck i think I learned more. Its not just about training the dog as it is the person. I thought I was good at working with my girls till I took her class and my eyes opened to a lot of cool things.
