I had to see him a total of 4 times, for an exam, an ultrasound, a biopsy, and a followup. Each time I waited just a few days for the appointment, and no more than 15 minutes in the waiting room. She takes her time with you and really goes over everything. The nurses and office staff are great. Very nice, polite and caring. I love this office and can't wait to get back to Heather for dependable , quality care. Don't hesitate to go to this practice. Everyone there is fantastic. I have multiple medical issues and Heather takes care of all of them or refers me to a specialist if needed.

So that I can keep up with my feminine health. When I arrived to this place immediately the workers were rude.They did not great me kindly and had an attitude with me,anytime I said thank you nothing was returned back to me. The Doctor being a male gynecologist you would have thought there would have been some professional courtesy. ABSOLUTELY NOT. He spread my legs and started sticking objects in me with no warning without explaining anything. Even when my eyes were watering & holding on to the wall nothing was enough for him to be a bit more gentle with me. He then rips all the equipment out of me with no warning and states "I can't see anything because I'm on my period." This was a terrible experience for me. I am a young lady who was already uncomfortable coming to a gynecologist and him being male, rude , and unprofessional did not help. My entire experience was HORRIBLE!
