I asked for my records to verify how and what devices they would not release my records to me. When I found a dentist to make my new bridge they didn't send him my records and device part numbers so he could order the abutments needed to mount the bridge. Could it be they didn't approve of my dentist choice??? A year later and no teeth . When people are selling you something they go out of their way to be nice but when a problem arises boy does the story change.

What I don't like is the company decides to tell me to not come back because I posted I was upset that they were closed on Friday on Facebook because I was in dire pain and had to wait 4 days to be seen. Any normal human being would be upset. It wasn't anything personal I was in pain. When I got seen, I posted lots of pictures about how great a job they did and how nice they were. They didn't care about those. They told me I was no longer was a client .. then I would have to find somebody else to do my crown from my root canal that I paid them for. I did not comment negative on their performance or facility. I didn't post how they trorder to give me medicine I was allergic to. I caught it and they gave me another one that I ended up being allergic to but still I didn't say anything negative ... I did sense a weird feeling the last day I went in. Something felt off and they acted different towards me but I had no idea. It's childish and ridiculous!!! If I didn't pay them or I was constantly late or missed appointments I could see but there was no reason to get rid of me. If they cared about their clients they would've spoken to me about it and asked me. We could've had a conversation but they didn't care so I don't care about them anymore

I have never been treated so poorly. The replacement of a cap was done and she never told me what she was doing. She and the assistant caused such pain and I am still hurting. I have to finish getting my permanent cap, but I will be looking for a new provider. I even went back to have to temporary cap worked on and it still hurts and now I can't floss!! I am not a piece of meat! I am a human being. They should know that because I do pay the bill.
