I think maybe two of the times he clearly addressed it and then went off script for other parts that he thought I could use help with. I wasn't there for that. The final straw was when I came in and only after sitting there for fifteen minutes did he say we did not have an appointment. The person behind the desk never said a word to me. . I had that appointment and one more on my calendar but when I went back to check all correspondence I realized that no communication was sent listing appointments (unlike in the past). Scheduling was easy, and I was seen within a day or two. Lauren was excellent - she is knowledgeable and patient. She took her time understanding my current limitations and that it was important to me that I be able to run again. I saw her two or three times a week for a month while also doing prescribed exercises at home or the gym daily. And at the end of the month, I was back in business - pain-free, returned to running, and cleared for all activity. Two days after my last appointment - and only four weeks after being non-weight bearing on crutches - I was able to climb 105 flights of stairs in the Sears Tower. If that's not an Athletico success story, I don't know what is!
