I think maybe two of the times he clearly addressed it and then went off script for other parts that he thought I could use help with. I wasn't there for that. The final straw was when I came in and only after sitting there for fifteen minutes did he say we did not have an appointment. The person behind the desk never said a word to me. . I had that appointment and one more on my calendar but when I went back to check all correspondence I realized that no communication was sent listing appointments (unlike in the past).
