Very enjoyable way to stretch. Definitely feel the areas where the tech focuses. I like it better than Pilates.

First, if you want massive space and crowds, this place is not for you. If you are a serious…read morefitness person, you will find all you need for a comprehensive workout. There are a number of people who work out here regularly. They are friendly to others and enjoy the facility. The staff seem to know almost everyone by name. All these issues around memberships, quitting Anytime, etc., are outside my purview. I would say it seems rather naïve to expect a business to let a customer go without an effort to find out what the problem is and fix it... Also, what's with all the out of towner reviews? If you visit a place once or twice, I'm not sure you are positioned to do a reasonable evaluation. Whatever. I go here all the time. I like it.

It basically costs you an extra month of membership, once per year, to help pay for new equipment. Except I have never seen a new piece of equipment in the year I have belonged. Things are often broken or out of order. Additional beef--There is only one recumbent bike. The machinery is way too close together, So you have to worry about being sweat on by the person next to you. Management needs to keep track of who is not wiping down equipment. And then they need to talk to them about wiping it down. It's always the sweatiest guys, too. I have never noticed management cleaning anything, and I feel like if the members aren't wiping machines down, and They aren't willing to confront them, they need to be following them and cleaning up after them.

When I first walked in, I wasn't sure. It's not the most lux gym out there (sorry, Josh!), but it's…read morenot about the look - it's about how you feel and what you get out of it. I started in August and I'm a big big fan. I was a bigger woman, 40, and couldn't run for more than 5 minutes without dying. Josh worked with me to build confidence first. It was great to know someone believed that I could. He has never asked me to do anything that he didn't believe I could do: which has changed my life. I'm working out three days a week with a group of people that are amazingly kind and diverse. I've kept at it - and it's not a pain. It's now just part of my life. I'm down some weight, feel better, and am more confident. I also have a brand new muscle crease in my bicep that's never been there before.

Josh is awesome, so supportive and encouraging. The gym is always clean and organized (not true of many I've been in). Classes are small and each person gets the attention they need. Girlfriends! Weight lifting might not seem like something you would consider, especially if you're older, but it's the best thing you can do for your bones. Josh will set up a program for you that fits your abilities. He loves working with older people to help them reach their goals, like building strength to help you manage everyday tasks. You're never too old to improve. Go for It! You'll feel so great to get stronger every day!

They have a nice entry way to leave your boots or shoes. They finally have a changing room and bathroom in the hallway not in the yoga studio. Awesome! YogaMN offers complimentary water, tea, or coffee. Their tea choices are fabulous! Cubby holes for your bags and a wall of hooks for your coats in the winter. There are two studios. The back one is for hot yoga and the front one is for their other classes. Intro to yoga, Barre, etc. I started out with their When Pigs Fly yoga. It was a wonderful relaxing stretching class for beginners. The perfect class after a day of sitting at a computer desk all day! Since it was on my birthday I could just bring a canned good for the class. Plus they had a great discounted deal for 5 classes for $50 that I had to take them up on. I hope to become a regular here. The receptionist and Yogi were both so warm and inviting. Remembering all of the regulars names and starting conversations with everyone. They even have additional classes about health, nutrition, communication and all sorts of rotating topics. This yoga spot is such a wonderful addition to Plymouth! I love it!

What a great little studio! I'm in the middle of my first free week (with a food shelf donation,…read morewhich is an absolutely fabulous idea!). So far I have done hot 60 and restorative yoga. Both very different but equally wonderful. The studio is in a strip mall, but once you enter the front doors it's like it's own kind of paradise. They offer free tea and water, there is plenty of cubby storage for your things, and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that the smaller room gets a little cramped when the class is full, but the instructors handle it in stride and makes jokes about not tickling each other's feet. I have felt a slight air of judgement a few times from others in the class, but that can't be held against the studio, and I try my best to ignore it since I'm only there for myself (they're probably just jealous of my amazing savasana skills!) This place really is a wonderful break from the world, and I'm so glad they offer the free week to try all of the classes out!
