I visit the café weekly, and my appreciation for Soulspace as a unique and special place only continues to grow. Whether meeting friends, reading a book, or working away from home, it's become a treasured part of my routine. The food and beverages here are truly special--thoughtfully prepared, healthy, and made with clear intention to nourish both health and appetite. I always feel confident in what I'm enjoying, which adds to the overall sense of care you experience here. Though I've only experienced the café--not the yoga space--the design and beauty of the whole environment evoke harmony and spaciousness. What stands out most is the staff's compassionate presence; they consistently take extra initiative to foster generosity and genuine connection. I wholeheartedly recommend you visit Soulspace Collective and experience it for yourself.

This was my first time coming here and I tried the hot vinyasa yoga and I really enjoyed this…read moreexperience. I am new so I arrived about 5 minutes early to get registered and Ashley was my instructor, she is so nice and welcoming. The whole staff is, even the students. The class was packed which was a bit overwhelming trying to figure out where to sit ( Ashley recommended sitting in the middle or back for newbies ) so that's what I did, a woman from the class was so polite to create a space for me which brought my anxiety down. If the classes weren't so crowded I would have gave 5 stars! Now this class was hot I mean 5 minutes in I was sweating and the class hadn't even begun yet. I love the fact that Ashley pays attention to her students, you can tell she really cares about what she does. It starts off slow and nice and manageable but the vinyasa flow whooped my butt, I was drenched in sweat, looking around like is anyone else dying and it made me feel better knowing I wasn't alone so I stuck it out and completed it, with taking breaks in between which was encouraged so I didn't feel bad. The class was very very very challenging but rewarding, it makes me want to keep coming back so I can get better because I barely know the poses names. I loved the juice section of the studio, it was much needed after class, I ordered the blueberry matcha which was delicious and filling ! Please try it. The woman making my drink was super cool! So overall I am coming back and I highly recommend!

Frank G. is a great instructor for the IHP classes. He brings the best energy for an enjoyable and rewarding IHP class. My wife has been working out at lady fitness in Vacaville for 7 years. She has referred many of her…read morefriends there and brought the company much business. Now they are closing that location and tell her she must drive to suisun because it's within a specific distance of the Vacaville location. It's just not practical for her to drive that distance. Horrible customer service.

I have been a member of Lady Fitness in Vacaville for about a year and a half. I have never used…read morethe Suisun location, but I'm writing a review here just to warn potential members about the bad customer service I received. READ your contract, and ask lots of questions. They will enforce it whether it makes good business sense or not, in order to keep their bottom line. I signed on to Lady Fitness in Vacaville based on the fact that I wanted a small gym located close to my house where I could be a true club member and not just another face. After viewing the class offerings and the facilities, I decided to check into membership. It seemed like a small, personable gym. I was convinced by one of the managers to sign on for a three year contract. I was skeptical to do this, but the lady who signed me up said that I should make a long term commitment to my health. I figured she was right, and plus, signing on for three years gave me a better rate. After having my baby, the location of the gym was even more important to me. I started taking classes and signed up for personal training with their "Gravity" machines. I loved the workout and I really liked my trainer. I was making tons of progress, working out four nights a week, and finally started to see results. I had finally figured out a schedule that worked for my family. I was really excited that I was back into the groove. Right about that time, I got a letter in the mail stating that Lady Fitness in Vacaville was closing. The reasoning for this is that they were going to merge teh Suisun and Vacaville locations, as they were having a difficult year. The letter stated that all membership fees were to remain in effect through the end of the contract. This was as per a clause in the membership contract that states (paraphrased) "if this facility should shut down for whatever reason, you'll be transferred to another Lady Fitness Facility 10 miles away and the contract will stay the same." WELL, they enforced that to the T, since the Suisun location is 8.5 miles away from the Vacaville location. They even went as far as to include a Mapquest image at the bottom of the letter to "prove" it. This was a very big deal to me, as my house is located the opposite direction. With traffic, gas, and the location of my house considered, there is NO way I could do that. Being only HALFWAY through my contract, I either had the choice to pay the rest of the contract (over $500) and move on to another gym, or I could waste tons of gas and precious time driving to Suisun four days a week. When I called the manager, and explained my situation, she basically told me that my situation wasn't special or any different than anyone else's. She said they would offer me a "deal" to get out of my contract by paying half of the remaining balance. For me, this was $260. OUCH. It would have spoken well of the company and it's owners to allow members out of their contract without a fee, or for a more reasonable fee! Especially those who had signed up for a long-term contract. However, there were NO other negotiations. My husband even tried calling and was told basically "sorry." At the end of the day, we ended up paying $260 and went to Gold's, whose facilities are much larger, and whose management is far more personable and accommodating. Not only that, but I got a lower rate than what I was paying at Lady Fitness! Just DO NOT sign a long-term contract, and just know that it will be enforced whether it makes sense or not.
