Recently we came off the season of strength for 8 weeks and Coach Jonnie and Coach Devin were extremely helpful in making sure I challenged myself, had correct form and had so much fun training! I give them props for helping me reach my goal of 50 lb dumbbells for shoulder press. I only got two reps but I am stoked. Coach Heather always makes me laugh and has the best personality. It's impossible to be upset when you're around her. Coach Emily is so darn sweet and I'm so happy when I get to take her class because it's not often enough. Coach Laura is the OG! I adore her! Every coach is so badass and awesome. The front desk is fantastic too. It's truly the best orange theory and gym out here! I'm obsessed. Our initial training was to improve speed & agility. He is motivating, positive, knowledgeable and honest. As a former pro-football player he knows hard work. They have certified trainers on site with a gym located within the complex. Private & group lessons. I noticed a group of women doing a bootcamp class and a group of youth boys doing agility training. It's a great place. Has plenty of parking too. My son is a baseball player but the youth group seemed to be basketball players.

Definitely the feel of a more "hardcore" or "old school" gym simply for the good variety of equipment and benches, as well as some powerlifting equipment. However, a large part of that "feel" is because it is simply black and white with no crazy distracting colors if you're anything like me and come into the gym often of an evening after a long day when it can be tough enough to focus! The performance/class side is bomb too, with plenty of indoor space for classes of all types for all fitness levels and ages! There is a filtered water dispenser so just bring your water bottle and fill 'er up! There's a great varity of pre and post workout shakes, drinks, barss, and snacks so you won't be leaving hungry because you forgot your food unless you just choose to go without! Two thumbs up! Just an okay gym. I encountered him while he was working out and he was hogging multiple equipment and was not allowing me to use the ones that he was not even using at the moment.... At the front desk he does not bother to look up from his phone when people come in and leave. He also gave me the wrong pricing information when I asked him about my membership, so clearly he has no idea what's going on or how to work there. I'm highly unsure how he still has a job here. @Brandon (the manager), this employee is the short, wide man who generally wears black + black hat. He has tattoos on his arms and legs. He looks to be white, in his late 20s to early 30s. I don't have his name but can get it next time although I have never seen him wear a name tag.

I was able to communicate easily with Patrick about me dropping in and getting set up was a breeze. The OM community is very welcoming and Professor Patrick and Professor Ashleigh are excellent instructors who take the the to teach the class but also at an individual level. They really take the time to show you the technique, and allow you to drill the technique until you're comfortable or understand why you do what you're doing. Learning no GI technique is a marathon and not a race and we are allowed that time there. There are higher level/comp belts in the classes and no ego. Everyone is there to learn and train. You can get after it if you want or flow and drill. A perfect mix. Another tell tale sign of a great school is the company the professors keep and after talking with both Patrick and Ashleigh I've learned that they both know and have trained with a lot of great people in the scene. The gym is located in a great location, very clean and with great AC! I would recommend OM to anyone looking to enroll themselves or their kids (kids class is packed!). I look forward to going back!

I messaged them about inviting some friends and neighbors to roll together. They opened their mat to us and we had a bunch of dad rolling together on a Friday evening. However, after canceling, I noticed that they were still charging my card every month. I tried calling the office to resolve this issue and left multiple voicemails, but I received no feedback. Concerned they would charge my card again, I called my bank and requested a new card. Shortly after, I received a call from the office asking for a payment of $40 for a returned check fee. I explained that I had canceled my membership a month after joining and that they had been charging my card for months without my knowledge. I am not asking for those payments to be refunded; I just want to be left alone. I will not provide another card to avoid being charged for services I did not receive. I work full-time, and dealing with this issue takes time and energy that I do not have. I encourage fellow Row House members to check your statements carefully.
