Another unique thing about the studio is the members are not needed to wipe the equipment after each class like it's done at all other studios I have visited. The staff take care of the sanitization of equipment after each class. The facility is well-maintained and plenty of parking is available. My wife noticed last month a charge on our account that was from pure barre and then began to look back at bank statements and found they had been charging her for a few months. She reached out and was told they would look into it but would not refund because of miscommunication from their employee, aka their employee lied to my wife. We have not heard back and are upset that the employee lied about not charging us until she came in. We never received any communication that they would be charging us again or we would of went and talked with them as my wife has not been able to attend from the complications and then healing afterwards.
