DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! You'll never get your money back. Stay away from this place and the franchise altogether. Truly abhorrent and deceptive policies. They baited and switched me and now are harassing me to pay them when I never even had an appointment. I wanted to book an appointment while on a work trip, before heading to the airport. The Stretchlab online calendar had an appointment opening I wanted and the website prompted me to check out online. I paid online within a few minutes, but the website no longer showed the appointment as available. I called them to schedule and nobody picked up. 15 minutes later I get a welcome text from them to book an appointment. I then texted back to ask for a refund since I had to make a flight, to which they responded that there are NO REFUNDS, and I could use my credit next time I'm in town. I don't live in ATL and do not know when I'll back so this wasn't acceptable. I called my credit card company who disputed the charges for me since I never received a service and they were reversed out. I was ready to move on with life but a month later, Stretchlab emails me saying I owe them $25 for a charge reversal, which is clearly not the consumer's liability. The stupidity of all of this is that if they admitted to the website's scheduling error and allowed my cancellation, processing my refund would've cost them 2-3%. Instead, they forced me to request a chargeback since they never provided me with a service and that costs them much more. Where they are wrong is having a policy to pass these charges to the consumer. I am filing complaints with the Georgia BBB and Consumer Protection Department and will be posting my story on any and all social media review sites so consumers are forewarned about this place. read more

I would like to start by saying Katie thank you for referring me here! This place is absolutely phenomenal. I worked with Stephen 10/10 recommend him. He's truly passionate about what it is that he does. He asked efficient questions to ensure that he focused on the areas most important. He also have a great personality. I left feeling 100 times better as an individual the workout frequently and travel about 85% for work my body can get super stiff and achy. I left a little more lumber and relieved of all pain. The layout is unique. It's open but feel personal at the same time. I suggest this place to anyone especially athletes and individuals that workout frequently. Parking can be a little challenging if you're attempting to park in the front parking lot but there is additional parking in the back. The plaza is pretty busy so the back lot will be a better options. Please check them out! Do you know those friends on your social media whom check in and post pictures of themselves setting personal records at the gym? (You all just got a mental image of that person.) I was the opposite of that. One time, I posted on my personal Facebook page, "if you see me celebrating and checking in a fitness center, you will know my account has been hacked." I did not have an athletic bone or muscle in my body. I do exercise because I like to eat, and the food I want to eat requires me to do some exercise. I still don't check in each time I make it to a fitness class, but I do sometimes publicly because I want people to know that an obese 350-pound man who wears old basketball shorts and tie-dye is allowed in these places. Yes, I now work out two to three times a week at another establishment, but I also make a point to get to Stretchlab in Buckhead once a week. I look forward to my 50 minutes with the Flexologist to help me stretch. I leave work on time for more than a year, zip into Stretchlab, and reduce my stress. I am unsure how best to describe the feelings I get from an assisted stretch, but it combines massage and therapeutic chiropractor visits. My chiropractor thinks my assisted stretching is helping my spine and my overall health. (I already thought that, but him adding the un-solicited comment I thought was worth sharing). My advice if you are thinking about getting a membership at Stretchlab is to commit to it for three months for 50 minutes weekly. If you don't feel the difference in your body after a dozen assisted stretches, it's okay to move on. However, I suspect you will skip a few weeks, and then that pain you have not had in several weeks will come back. And you will think, "I didn't even notice that it went away. When was the last time that bothered me?" Then you will want to get another stretch scheduled to see if that was what slowly reduced that pain. I found it so helpful that I convinced my wife to go. She feels better too. I think most everyone would feel better with assisted stretch. read more

Faith is excellent but Ihad bad customer service experience from some other staff member they tried to make excuses for this person but it was not professional. I wanted money back from the rest of my package couldn't get it smh not going to any business who doesn't start my appointment on time and does not acknowledge me. Didn't want to come back manager should have refunded my unused portion and let me go yet they holding on to my money once you've had bad experience it's hard to recover this place is small I didn't feel comfortable coming back with it being so small and other staff members knowing I had issues. I went to StretchLab Buckhead and my session with Stephen was so amazing! He not only stretched my body (we focused on lower body), but also my mind. He was skilled, informative and stretched me out with the perfect balance of pressure and patience...with intentional care for my tolerance while also helping me push pass my premature self-imposed limitations. I did a 50-minute session and left feeling refreshed, motivated and more capable and optimistic about making progress with my fitness and wellness. I also, of course, left with a noticeable improvement in my range of motion! I plan to visit regularly. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable and fun to experience and interact with. They also have a machine that shows you focus points on your body so you have a visual of what to work on and how to understand the condition of your body. Very helpful! read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. The only reason I came in today was because I desperately needed a stretch for my hip that has been bothering me for the last three months because of my career as a licensed massage therapist. I was rudely greeted by the front desk receptionist, she was very awkward with her conversation with me. She first went into how I had blocked the companies number, and I advised her that I was receiving way too many pointless texts, so that's why I chose to block the number. She went on to say that the email was also blocked which once again I told her I was receiving way too many pointless emails. So I unblocked the number so there could be further correspondence, but she still had an attitude in the way she spoke to me. Very unprofessional, very rude, and she spoke fast as to try to get her point across further. I'm not sure where this woman learned customer service but she has a lot to learn. It was also funny how the following customers behind me, she made sure she was extra sweet and helpful as to show she's doing a good job when the fascade is clearly fake. Not sure of her name but she is a white woman with shoulder length blonde hair. I will never return to this location! This lady should be ashamed of how she treated me, and since I work in the health and wellness industry as a licensed massage therapist, I will make sure I don't send any clients or co workers to this location. The staff is nice but the general manager Margaret can be very pushy and doesn't seem to know fitness and the product very well. Great concept really hard to make an appointment. I have a fellow in Chamblee. This is across the street so I thought why not. Had an appointment. Recieved a text that the fellow I was sceduled with got called on set and needed to rescedule. I texted back to ask about time nothing I called. The lady that answered the phone said they get so many text mine got buried. Okkkkkk..... I recieve on average 250 emails a day on 12 different email addresses. Scam!!! Their Flexologists are amazing however their app sucks and the management/receptionist is super rude! You book classes through the app a month ago just to get a call from StrechLab saying those classes are unpaid. I had scheduled my classes a month ago, how did the app allow scheduling if I didn't had credits? Also Whenever you try to reschedule, the app will delete your credits!. I have missing credits which they don't agree! Their app is messed up! It's pure scam. I am not the only one with this experience. Check their google reviews.. there are other people complaining about this same issue - "They will cheat you out of your sessions.". Fix your app and stop blaming the customer. I don't recommend buying their membership. You get stuck in 3 months contract! They will charge you even if you are not happy with the service. read more

Stretch is one of my favorite things EVER. I do HIIT workout 4-5 days a week and stretch has truly made all the difference at the gym as well as in daily life. It helps with flexibility and mobility which has encouraged me to lift heavier weights and try things I wouldn't otherwise. It plays into my whole attempt at a healthy lifestyle. This place is hands down the best assisted stretching place in the Atlanta area . I was recommend to them by google. I called to step up my appointment and right away i could tell it was a friendly and inviting environment , we talked about my concerns and i was very open. My appointment started off great, very very clean and associates were wearing mask. My instructor Stephen Smalls asked me my concerns and went straight to work. It was a little discomfort but i was very tight and had a lot of work to get done, he was very gentle and wasn't too aggressive. Towards the end i started getting sleepy which is great because it usually takes a lot to get me there . He was very personable and didn't come across like a know it all which i loved. I already booked my next appointment with him. My hubby will be back in town soon so i can wait to show him my new stretches, which i could give them 10 stars but it's only five lol read more

With all the busyness in life, we don't take care of ourselves. I found stretch lab after feeling stiff as a board after workouts. The flexologists at stretch lab are awesome. I've seen almost all of the flexologists and would highly recommend all of them. These people were obscenely rude to me. Upon arriving to the facility, the employee made a remark about how it would be "difficult to improve my flexibility given how large I was." I have hypothyroidism, and the fact that the employee had the audacity to make this comment despite not even knowing me was very upsetting. Not to mention the actual program offered is not worth the money, you can find equally effective routines (if not better, to be honest) online. The most rigorous flexibility exercise included was being flexible to the staff's blatant disrespect. This business is judgemental and ineffective, I do not recommend it to anyone. read more
