The gym is located on 2nd. story of a business plaza and it's beautiful. You walk in to a reception area with a shiny concrete floors and it opens up to a work out room for most of their classes. I love the variety of equipment. They have kettle bells, dumb bells, bands, HIT and more. Like lots more! They have a separate room for cycling with super comfy bikes and a large pilates room. The instructors are very hands on and very encouraging. Tammi; the pilates instructor is very knowledgeable and really takes the time to correct your moves and encourage. The reformers are very comfortable. The only draw back is there is only 6. So, grab a class early. Classes are by reservation online. You book it a few days before and the accountability start right there. So, no missing class. The students are what I call the variety pack. So, if you are worried about not being fit looking don't worry. This is a place that encourages and you have all sizes and strengths. You can be Mr. Buff and have an amazing challenging workout pushing tires around and swinging ropes or you can have a lighter work out modifying to get you there. Very welcoming I would say. The gym is owned by 3 ladies that have been in the fitness industry for decades and you can tell they are passionate about helping others. What I love is all 3 of them teach and are involved. If you have kiddos they have kid care. The only thing I would change is to add sound absorbing tiles to the pilates room so you can focus more on hearing the teacher vs. the music from the other group classes. Since, it's a new place I would think this is a budget issue that will come in the future. However, this doesn't keep me from coming since the class is amazing and I appreciate them so much. I'm looking forward to taking more classes in the fall.

October 24, 2019 Update to prior review I was recently in Tampa again and excited to get to this studio, it's been years. I was disappointed that the owner was out of town, but I did get to take three classes during my week stay there. Pros: the teachers were very nice, gave great directions for both beginner level and seasoned yogis, the receptionist Rebecca was EXCEPTIONAL she guided me in getting the right package, and even texted me after to thank me for visiting the studio, I thought it was a lovely personal touch. Cons: the prices were a little on the steep side to me, and I didn't have many options since I was only going to be in Tampa for the week- I ended up purchasing a month package because it was cheaper than me purchasing individual classes or a package- each class was $21 and a month package of unlimited classes for new students was $30- Other tiny bit of criticism- there was an "advanced" class listed, I was looking forward to learning more advanced poses or working on some challenging balances- however their version of advanced was actually more that it was a "power yoga" class with aerobic incorporations with yoga- ie. repeated movements to increase heart rate...for me in my practice, I enjoy more rhythmic movements from position to position and more focus on even breath...a more traditional vinyasa flow. Overall it's a great studio and down the street from my apartment so anytime I visit Florida I will definitely be practicing there!!! Namaste

I even attended a yoga retreat weekend one time last year, which was amazing. So, I am not too experienced or consistent and I had never been to an actual yoga studio. I have started having some back issues and wanted to check out how yoga would help me. I found this studio which had a new student discount for 1 month unlimited. I signed up and am LOVING it! I travel to Tallahassee each week and back and forth to Tampa so I can only attend when I am in Tampa, but I truly miss not being able to go on the days that I am in Tallahassee. I would say that I have been going almost 4 days per week the last few weeks since I signed up. The teachers are professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and help educate you. I love the special added touches of incense, the equipment provided, the atmosphere, and so much more. The entire experience is amazing. If I ever attend another yoga studio out of Tampa, they will have a lot to live up to compared to my experience here so far. Highly recommended and I am excited to see where they go as they have appeared to be getting great interest and new members in the local community.

The farm was well maintained and from start, to finish, the staff was friendly and helpful. The delight of the whole experience was holding the baby goats, they were so adorable. Beware the goats move around freely and may have a bathroom break at any given time :).

We brought our mats, masks (not needed), water bottles (goats liked them, too, so we didn't use them after they inspected them), and high hopes to have a good time. We were not disappointed. Before yoga, the owner talked about goat etiquette as Mistletoe, one of the older goats, wandered amongst us - maybe 25 to 35 of us. A few baby goats by the back of the enclosed area also roamed. Our yoga instructor was introduced to us, and she let us know that she did not mind if we paid more attention to the goats than to her. By the way, she was excellent. But the goats were more tempting to enjoy. Just before the yoga class started, the owner opened a gate and about 50 goats entered our area! There were young ones and slightly older ones, males and females, and goats of every color. The next 45 min. was spent doing a little yoga (instructor had goats around her and on her & she kept going) and hugging, petting and holding goats. After class, we posed for pictures and lingered a little longer with the goats that had not yet meandered away for lunch. We did not buy any goat cheese, goat fudge, or jam, but we were tempted. This was a wonderful time and we'll be back with friends and family.
