This time they switched me with another Therapist, which I saw my regular therapist leaving without saying a word to me. I asked I have appointments with her. The other therapist told me you are with me. I said this is a righ way, at leas they should inform me before. She had such attitude we me. Trying to ignore me, was talking non stop with another patient. I was sitting waiting for her what is my nex exercise. Finally I had to interrupt her. The place run very poorly. At the end I had to use the restroom, it was no toilet paper neither hands towel, I used the second toilet, it was the same situation. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I fell in love with the staff (both front and therapists), they are nice, personal and you don't feel like a transaction or a pay check. They work well as a team and all try to create a relaxed atmosphere in a time when people are not feeling well. They are kind and compassionate. Everyone on the team has been great, starting at the front with Georgina and Carol, to all of the therapist. I enjoyed their care so much that I also brought my kid here for their PT!

When I called, a lady by the name of Diana answered, and when I gave her my information, she told me I had to pay $60 for my visit. I didn't understand it because I explain to her that my deductible has been met and that after the assessment they should be billing my insurance company and I should be responsible for only 20%. I even called back my insurance to verify this, but when I called back continued to tell me that it was $60 because that is what she saw in her system. She offered me to speak to a manager which was nice of her, but I was left on hold for 30 minutes so I hung up and I'm not calling back. It's a shame because I am ankle surgery and they really close to me. I don't know what's going on with Office staff these days, but they are a reflection of the practice and the fact that a manager left me on hold for 30 minutes is terrible business.

Over 5 weeks I walked around in pain and discomfort. A friend from the dojo recommended I see Dr. Abbate. The first day I saw him, I couldn't even squat half way down, even less train jiu-jitsu. His use of technology and programs allowed me to really understand visually and physically where the injury was and every area that was effected by it. He used the cupping technique which really was effective with the exercises given, he gave multiple levels of exercises to work my way up to the strength that I need to be at and all the guidance and resources needed to continue his work on my own. The office and staff were very inviting they made my niece feel at home from the moment we arrived. The Occupational Therapist and the Speech and Physical Therapist were very knowledgeable and after the sessions were over my niece couldn't stop talking about what she learned and the activities performed while she was there.
