I have been a client for over six months, and Stretch Zone has improved my flexibility, range of motion, and overall wellbeing. I look forward to my once-a-week, 30-minute stretches with Seth, Vickie, Brianna or Tracey. I always depart energized and ready to take on the day. I love Stretch Zone! It literally changed my quality of life. I had been in a car accident two years prior which causes my muscles to seize up. I could hardly walk or get out of bed without being in pain. I went to physical therapy, when to a chriopractor, and attempted to do yoga (which is impossible if you can't get your body in the necessary position). A friend of mine recommended Stretch Zone, and my life has been better for it. I explained what had been happening with my boy during my consultation and by the end of my first session, I was experiencing no pain. Muscles that I haven't been able to move in years felt looser. My husband and I have been going to Stretch Zone for over 6 months (twice a month). It has been the best strategy we have implemented for our health, well being and mobility. we love the stretch zone!! I have trouble with my sciatic nerve. I've been to chiropractor and had massage therapy but the stretching they do at the stretch zone provides real relief.
