It always smells great and the added intricate ceiling tiles makes a huge difference when you're lying on your back trying to concentrate on keeping your core still! Rachael is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and fun. She is excellent with her cues in class and always identifying and accommodating each student, specifically those who may have an injury or are looking to strengthen their abilities in a certain area. I have taken and enjoyed quite a few Pilates reformer classes over the years but the spring wall and chair classes are quickly becoming my favorite. She has introduced a lot of new techniques and equipment that I wasn't aware even existed. It has been so fun to take the different classes and discover new movements. New routines are incorporated into each class so each one feels unique and never monotonous. I love that the schedule accommodates clients that have more flexible schedules as well as those who have set working hours. I was missing the feel of having a home studio, especially coming from a big city where I was mainly doing Pilates. I had never done barre in my life but after a few classes, I committed to an unlimited membership and it has been the best decision! The instructors are all so lovely and knowledgeable about what they teach. They go out of their way to encourage you and correct you so you're getting the best workout in. I genuinely enjoy my 6 am mornings with them, which is saying something bc I have NEVER in my life gotten up that early to do anything. They go out of their way to learn people's names and make you feel at home when you walk in the door. I like the open vibe and there's no judgement--everyone is here to have fun and workout! I'm pretty out of shape but I never felt self-conscious about my lack of balance or ability to hold a plank. The classes will whip you into shape! I went consistently for a month and noticed results very quickly. If you need to get into shape for a wedding or big event, go to barre classes everyday and you will notice that your muscles are toned. It's pretty remarkable how hard a workout can be using nothing but your body weight, and how great you feel after. The only reason why I stopped going here was even though I really enjoyed going to barre classes, I did want to try something new after months of nothing but barre. It's pretty pricey ($200 for unlimited monthly classes, they do run specials sometimes though) compared to the YMCA ($10 a month for a gym AND a wide variety of classes, not just barre). I like to mix-up my workouts. I know the business model is a nothing-but-barre studio, but variety is the spice of life!

My only critique would be my class instructor was newer (she told me so) and seemed to get a little flustered while instructing class and explaining the different movements.
