The actual nuts and bolts of this facility are excellent. The trainers are knowledgeable and…read moreeffective and the exercise equipment innovative and unique. The model falls apart when the customer service, cost and scheduling are considered. The desk is only staffed 2 days a week so getting on the schedule is dependent on their schedule; this may work for people with a fixed schedule that can make appointments weeks out but it is not effective for active professionals with non fixed schedules. Given the high cost of the service ($299 a month) I feel that having the phone answered for scheduling during normal business hours is not a big ask. Perhaps one number shared between the three facilities in the chain. After struggling to get the six sessions of the first month subscription covered, I canceled with no intent to schedule the remainder. This cost me a monthly fee of $299 and I will move on to a more responsive facility. To cancel I had to contact the office manager via email as multiple calls to the facility went unanswered.

Lifetime Fitness at Lake Zurich has been a fantastic part of my fitness journey…read more Over the last three months, I have lost close to 30 pounds, become much more consistent, and feel stronger, fitter, and more athletic. The facility is excellent -- from the strength training equipment to the cold plunge, steam room, sauna, swimming, and pickleball. It is a place I genuinely look forward to visiting. A special thank you to Daryl, who has been simply fantastic as a coach and trainer. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and has helped me stay focused and disciplined. I also had the privilege of working with Kevin, who has been excellent with his coaching and support. Both Daryl and Kevin are outstanding. I also want to recognize Emmanuel, who is always supportive, attentive, and takes great care of members. He is a brilliant young man and a real asset to the team. And Kim at the reception is fantastic -- I keep wondering how she has so much energy to greet everyone with such warmth and enthusiasm every day. Beyond the fitness facilities, I also love the overall environment -- the café, the bar, and the positive energy throughout the club. It feels clean, professional, welcoming, and motivating. Kudos to the entire Lifetime Lake Zurich team. You have built a great place with a great culture. I truly appreciate the role you have played in helping me get healthier and stronger. Thank you.
