I have 4 class/month membership and can't actually get into 4 classes. Laughable. I think people sign up for any and all classes they may want to take and drop the day of. This should NOT be a major stressor in my life. 2 months in and I've cancelled my membership. What a waste. Not worth the stress & frustration.

However, my negative experience with Ben remains, and while I understand as a business owner myself how important reviews are, I will not be persuaded as I was today to remove my review. I'm allowed to go against the grain and share my experience. My experience and negative feelings towards the owners stand. I know many will benefit from this studio, but I experienced a different side of the ownership that I cannot unsee, mainly that they only care about money, as another reviewer pointed out, and it made me decide to never go there again. The way you talk to people is equally as important as what you've accomplished. Also, maybe don't post replies under Ben's account when you're emphasizing and choosing to focus on the fact that you're one of many female-run businesses (which I don't see as relevant in this discussion-good for you girl, but Ben still can't talk to people that way). Yes, your policies are your policies, but I explained my extenuating circumstances and it was the WAY Ben handled it. I would never want to interact with someone again after that. It's open 24 hours & you reserve your classes on the app. They have 5 sauna rooms for what they call ISO classes (different workouts like yoga, Pilates, barre) & 3 for HIIT classes (cycle, rowing, sitting elliptical). You can book as many classes as you want & you just show up & follow the video. You're almost always alone in the sauna, so it's like a private workout. They also have an area for weights with dumbbells, kettlebells, a cable machine & TRX. Lastly, the owner & all of the staff are super nice & welcoming regardless of your fitness level. They're always smiling & greet you when you walk in & leave. I always see them cleaning too. Overall, this is an excellent option for someone that likes flexibility with scheduling & likes to workout alone (although I have seen friends & couples take classes together). 100/10 recommend.
