I was going…read morethrough one of the hardest chapters of my life, a separation that eventually led to my divorce. I took classes with several instructors, but Angela always stood out. In November 2025, just hours after signing my divorce papers, I had an astrology reading with Angela. That session became a turning point in my life. Instead of feeling like I needed to change who I was, I learned to embrace who I truly am. She helped me understand the experiences and energies that have shaped my life and reminded me that I have a voice, something meaningful to share, and that it was time to start using it. Since then, I have continued my yoga practice, and Zen Vida remains one of my favorite studios. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. Every class leaves me feeling calmer, stronger, more grounded... and usually a little sweaty like I am today after Angela's hot yoga class! Over the past year, I've overcome personal challenges, closed important chapters, and I'm now starting a new career where I'll be using my voice to educate, empower, and serve my community. I truly believe that becoming more aligned with myself played a big role in getting here. Thank you, Angela, for sharing your gift and for being such an important part of my journey. And thank you to everyone at Zen Vida for creating a space where people can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. I still have to try the cold plunge and sauna, but they're definitely next on my list! If you're looking for more than a yoga studio, if you're looking for community, peace, and personal growth, I recommend Zen Vida Yoga with my whole heart.

We arrived and were outside knocking at 10:35 AM, still within the stated grace period, but no one would open the door or acknowledge us. I really enjoy spinning here!…read more If you've seen my Yelp activity and food photos, you would agree with me that exercise is very important! I've been enjoying Spinning lately, and this is definitely one of my most favorite places to get my sweat on! Upon walking in, you'll notice that this isn't like your average, bigger "chain" spin studio. This place is a boutique-like, small place with an intimate feeling. They have a "lounge" type of area with seating, coffee, and you can even purchase pre-made food from their huge cooler. The bikes here allow you the option to either clip into the peddles with your spins shoes, or to strap in to the peddles with your regular sneakers. They do not have shoes for you to use, so make sure you wear good shoes if you do not have spin shoes. They do provide a towel if you don't bring your own! The spin room itself has about 25-30 bikes. They are Schwin bikes with above average comfortability for your butt! This is very important! Haha I must say, if you're looking for an awesome ass-whoopin' ... BROOKE is your girl! This woman is amazing. Her class is exciting, fun, high-paced, high energy, and just everything you want in a spin class! She pushes you so hard, but makes it clear to make the ride "your own" and do the best that YOU can. She's uplifting and empowering and I really look forward to spinning in her class! The owners, Erin and Dre are also super sweet. They truly care about their clients, and always make sure to ask how my class was. They always greet me upon entering with a smile and a big, "Hi, Angela!"! If your looking for an awesome work out, and good vibes, this is a must try!
