After chasing him for a couple months, he finally delivered some miscellaneous metal roofing material on January 3, 2020 and said he would start the job on January 5, 2020. Neither he nor his crew showed up. I called him on January 5 re the no-show. Bill said they were not able to start due to poor weather but would be out as soon as snow stopped. We never saw him again. We sent registered letters to the contactor on April 6, 2020 demanding that he return the $12,000. We received no response. In April 2020 we had another roofing/siding contractor do the work. They did a great job for a reasonable price. I just wish we had contacted them before we spoke with Bill Friendship
