He evaluated the injury (not too bad), treated with ultrasound and massage, and gave me stretches and exercises to do. All this for less than the price of a massage. When I continued following my training schedule, I still felt a little discomfort, so he continued the treatment and gave me some more strengthening exercises. After about a week all the discomfort was gone and I was able to resume normal training. I even set a PR at a corporate track meet this past weekend and on a half-marathon training run this morning, and feel in great shape for the upcoming marathon. This practice wants large, fast turn-overs now. I have a shoulder with a "mechanical" injury in addition to the arthritis in the shoulder. I pulled these muscles and the result is extremely painful. X-rays were ordered. Fine. Good medical practice. When Dr. Warnock came in he would not listen to what had happened, assumed it was arthritis and ordered physical therapy for arthritic shoulders and that was it. He missed the entire problem. I will never go back. He can rush others through this factory now. I am 8 weeks out and still in tremendous pain.
