Eduardo was the main agent I worked with and he was well knowledgable about all the different resorts in Mexico. I had to make a change in the hotel prior to going on our trip. He promptly returned my calls, answered my emails & gave me the best price he could quote. I strongly suggest investing the money for the insurance in case you have to change the date or hotel. His associate, Mary, even answered a last minute question in an email to Eduardo (when he was out of town). We spent a lot of time n money planning this trip. Once we booked our trip thru Traveloni, they made our vacation worry free and just so enjoyable. I'd totally use them when booking future trips out of the country.
