If you can get her on the phone, she would explain the options available patiently. Compared to many travel agents in Chinatown, I don't usually feel rushed when I talk to her. However, when I was at her office trying to get the cheapest itinerary, sometimes she would get phone calls from other customers and she would help them first instead. I was waiting for 10-15 minutes to finish her call before I could get mine done. Kinda rude if you ask me.

Full service, travel office but I suspect most of their customers are those traveling to countries where other Indian families are, mainly India. I thought travel agencies would be relics now since booking international travel is on-line. There's still a market for it, those that don't want to deal with International companies and their silly travel sites and of course your parents. Take for instance Air India, you have to be a North Indian computer programmer to understand the logic to that website. I've priced out flights on their site a few times and gotten different results for different clicks. Much easier working with an agency (here) or worst case going to an Air India office. The other day we were under the gun and with a relative in the hospital needed tickets for relatives in a jiffy. The main man was helpful and on the phone with Air India to reserve some seats. With less than ninety minutes to spare, got'em packed and to the airport just in time. Thanks Royal Travel. Not something I would've liked to do on-line in this scenario.
