They have the best coaches that are super knowledgeable about fitness! They recently added another level with more top of the line equipment and contrast and recovery therapy. I have been using the red light therapy bed consistently and have noticed a difference. My body seems to recover much faster after workouts and I was getting bad headaches from inflammation and my headaches are gone. Plus it's relaxing to lay in the bed. I use the saunas after my workout and the massage chairs. Seguin is lucky to have a facility like this.

High priced. I went to this gym for over 3 years and I would give it a rating of 5/10. Customer Service review: The only reason I signed up for this membership is because it was the only gym in town that I knew of that had a daycare option. When covid hit, the daycare closed and I was unable to go to the gym since I'm a full time mom. They never gave customers an option to cancel when the daycare closed. So basically I was stuck paying a membership that I could rarely use. I was recently told (called every few weeks to check) that the daycare isn't going to reopen at all so I asked why it was called a 'family gym' and the lady responded with a lie saying that 'this gym is the only gym that allows 9 year olds to work out'. That's false. Along with all that, about 6 months ago I had surgery on my shoulder and a second surgery on my chest; and was unable to lift anything over 10 lbs until this month. I just barely got cleared to start working again much less workout ('21). When I called to cancel my membership right after my first surgery, because I needed to post op recover, I was told that I couldn't cancel permanently, just to suspend my account. I literally brought in my surgeon's note saying that I wasn't able to run climb lift etc for 6 months, and I was told if the note doesn't say the wording "permanently disabled" then they could only suspend my account. I think this gym is a scam and is scamming customers and it's not all that great to be so expensive. After asking to speak to a manager I was given Amy the billing person. I asked for a manager not the billing department. I ended up never suspending my account; I actually just paid the gym without being able to go workout because I was pretty grossed out with the service that I just wanted to end my contract as fast as possible. Amy the billing person was rude and not professional.

This is a privately owned gym and currently filled to capacity. Glad I was able to get in! It's smack right in the middle of Gruene Lake Village. Personal training is available. The trainers are very knowledgeable. It's small and cozy and well, perfect for my new workouts. I'm focusing on targeting muscles using free weights and cable equipment. There are treadmills and stair masters for some cardio, smith machines, etc. The place is clean and I LOVE the little white towels (they smell so good).
