Even if you are not under any sort of contract or commitment they will not allow you to cancel your membership directly. You are instead instructed to address it with the billing company. This makes it next to impossible to cancel the membership, so your only course of action is to simply stop paying them. Then Peak payment solutions will immediately start charging you late fees and will start threatening collections and calling relentlessly within a week of a missed payment. It is illegal to try to extort payment out of people, who are under zero contractual commitment to pay you, by threatening collection.

Gold's has a spacious work out area (including a small private space for women). They have an incredible array of machines, from aerobics, (stairs, ladders, rowing, elliptical) to all the various free weights and equipment for targeted exercises by several brands. There is seldom a wait time to get on a machine. My favorite regular class is Yoga with Pharrell. There are a range of classes by type and fitness levels. A cross section of society makes up the clientele and they are serious about staying in shape. There is always parking and staff are friendly and helpful.

That's so important to someone like me who is passionate about getting the most longevity with my body mechanics. It's not a show you once and then just push you to do it faster kind of place. It's a do it smart do it right. That alone deserves so much respect. The work outs are fun, the music is great, and not so loud I can't hear the instructor. Most impressively I feel my back muscles getting stronger like nothing has ever worked them before. I felt gains in my stamina and core strength within the first few classes. MADabolic is an intense workout, but one that is great for all skill levels. It is very nice to have talented trainers that shape the workouts, so that I don't have to wander around a jungle of weight machines, wondering what you should do next. The staff here is friendly, everything is super clean, and like most PFs, there is a ton of equipment. Aside from one thing! They only have four Smith machines. When I arrived, they were all taken. When one opened up, a couple hopped on it in an instant. If you're strength training, you need Smith machines and dumbbells. The dumbbell area is also a little smaller than most. Despite all that, this is still a great gym and highly recommended. And if you're just looking to maintain and stay fit and do cardio, you will love it.
