From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless as usual--but what made this visit stand out was the opportunity to meet and chat with the dealership's Chief Culture Officer, PJ Caple. When I tell you she radiates happiness, I mean you feel it instantly the moment you're around her. Our conversation was uplifting, genuine, and full of positive energy. It's clear that her spirit and leadership are felt throughout the entire dealership. PJ is absolutely the right person for this role and is clearly making a meaningful impact on the customer experience. Because of interactions like this, I will continue to choose Hendrick Northlake for my service needs--and likely for future sales as well. PJ, thank you for such an enlightening and spirited conversation. You made an already great experience even better. M. White

William "JR" Guevara "Immediately," engaged me in conversation. At first it was just, what I assumed, as friendly banter. However, of the 5 minutes I stood there talking with the 4 guys present, Mr. Guevara responded to everything I was talking about in a negative and passive aggressive manner. The older gentleman sitting there had to cover his face in disgust a few times this banter went back and forward. I eventually walked off after trying to relinquish myself from this verbal abuse exhibited by an employee of Hendrick BMW which has always shown the uttmost respect from Austin to Charlotte. Perhaps Mr. Guevara should have stayed home today if He wasn't "Feeling It..." Other than Mr. Guevara, Hendrick BMW Rocks from Austin to Charlotte of what I've Seen!

She made sure to assure me that she could not promise me they would help me. Well, Lexus came back and authorized repairs that would have cost me several thousands. Recently, I learned that Mini Cooper is going to stop production of real manual transmission cars (…read moreclutch on the floor, 6 speed, not those paddle shifter things). Devastated, I decided to take action, despite already owning a 2009 two door hardtop S, 6 speed manual...my baby. Mine is in excellent condition and has extremely low miles ( my commute to work has averaged 3 miles for the past 15 years). I've been wanting a 4 door hardtop S, 6 speed, but having an awesome car already, I'd not changed out. Due to the news, I notified my friendly staff at Hendrick BMW on independence Bv that I'd like to find one in the Resolute edition. Prices have gone up too much, so minus 1 star for that. JEFF SHINN has been my salesman for 3.5 cars ( long ago, BMW guys weren't allowed to sell Minis....BYRAN ARMBRYSTER sold me my 2 door Mini in 2009 when Jeff passed me to him , a newbie at the time). Still friends to this day with all of these folks! Jeff mainly sells BMWs, so FORREST HOLSTON stepped up to help me find the exact Mini Resolute I wanted. A.J SNYDER also assisted at a supervisory level since the car was produced, but not yet in country. I was still trying to confirm Mini's decision to stop production of real manuals after 2024, so I did not act immediately. However, once I did confirm, I contacted the crew and said.. "GO get our girl!" (**SEX AND THE CITY reference intended...if you know, ya know!) . The car had landed at a non Hendrick dealership in Raleigh with an interested party. I pre-qualified for my loan, and JEFF, FORREST AJ, and management staff worked their magic. Tuesday after Christmas, after my shift, I was at the dealership in a heavy, dark downpour, picking up my new car. SHARATH NAIR has assisted me with my finance and warranty needs. He understands my usage, needs and what I want for my cars. Super smart guy with the #s . Be prepared to spend 3 to 5 k on warranties, but only buy what works for your needs...it's important. SHARATH does not push anything on you. I will hate to sell my 2009, but I suppose I should. To a good home only. He has been an awesome car. I'm getting to know the Resolute , which is quite a bit different ( not better or worse) than my original. I appreciate the way JEFF , FORREST AJ , and SHARATH everyone at Hendrick, assist me and work with my intense po po schedule. I feel so lucky and blessed! Motor on my friends!

All I have to say is "wow." I'm typically a very weary customer when buying a car anywhere,…read moreespecially one out of state. I have to say that every single person at Hi-Line went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I flew into town from Florida the day after I found the car online and spoke to the guys Over the phone about it. I just had that feeling that this was where I was going to be able to trust the process. The moment I pulled up in my Uber, my salesman, Neil Skipwith, was waiting on me at the door with an umbrella. I had just flown in in the middle of a tropical storm and the weather was not playing nice. Neil was noticeably grateful and relieved to see me and immediately came to usher me in the door. The whole office was all but cheering that I had made it safely through the storm. Neil and the financial man (pardon me, I just can't remember his name and he was so amazing! I think he might have been top management, maybe even owner?) already had everything laying out for me and ready to go. All that was left to do was look at the car. They brought me a soda (or two) and conversed with me while we waited in between steps. Neil and I took the test drive together (where he proceeded to open every door, hood, nick and cranny for me to inspect) and sat in the backseat for social distancing purposes. We went on a longer test drive than I have ever been offered before. Every question I had, he had an answer or went out of his way to find out for me. We wired the funds to the dealership to pay and the man I mentioned previously continued to check the bank statements periodically and updated me as soon as the funds had cleared. Neil knew I would be driving back to Florida in the storm and offered a free night's stay at the Hilton downtown if I felt it wasn't safe enough to leave or if I simply felt uncomfortable doing so. I declined as I wanted to make it halfway before stopping, but Neil then went out of his way to fill my gas tank up. Every single person in this dealership went above and beyond- even the guys/ girls that were not working directly with me checked on me periodically. I was in and out with my new car in less than 3 hours. I have since driven it all the way back to Florida and I have to say this car is INCREDIBLE! Impeccably maintained. I can't think Hi-lIne auto or Neil (or financial man) enough for this great experience. Ps: forgot to mention, I even overheard Neil talking with someone about the fact that he was actually not even supposed to be working that day but he came in to finish the deal and stayed beyond the time that he was needed in order to see me off. PPS: The guys made me promise to let them know I had made it safely and I had forgotten until now. Checked my email and there's Neil, making sure I was safe!! Don't go anywhere else. This place is THE place to buy a car.
