It has windows on both sides to order, does get a line at times. I don't remember what we had the first two times however this past time I tried their large Vanilla spiced chai and it was delicious! It wasn't too sweet which we preferred. We also tried their breakfast sandwiches, bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant and it was not very fresh, it's pretty obvious that it's frozen and they just warm it up but for a quick bite in the morning then it's doable. They also provide a good size pup cup, which we don't always get since our dogs can make a mess. We will definitely come back when on the road for some of their coffee again. Oh they also don't have any restrooms since it's only a small drive thru establishment.

I hated that the employee was out in the heat, I feel like I would need one of their drinks with me at all times if I had to be outside like that. Since it was in the afternoon that I came here, I had to opt for a noncaffeinated drink option which they had plenty of smoothies for me to chose from. I was torn between the wild berry and pina colada. I ultimately went with the pina colada one, and it was delicious! It was so refreshing and something I would drink everyday if I had a 7 Brew convenient to me! The one reason I'm giving this review 4 stars is that I was not told how much my order was and not given a receipt either. I had to go ahead and check my card statement to see the prices. One of my friends mentioned that since we did not know the prices of what we were ordering, that a size small was not necessarily cheaper than a medium. I ordered a small thinking I was saving money, but it would be nicer to see a menu with prices and make a decision from there what size I want.

After I asked if the employee was there the manager quickly (and very rudely) took the call and tells me the employee no longer works there and asks me to stop calling as he hangs up the line. In my confusion, I called back to try to find out exactly what was going on and what I had done to deserve such treatment. Twice my call was sent to a voicemail that was full. Although I still do not understand my experience and treatment from that day, I can undoubtably say that I will not give my business to an establishment that treats paying customers the way I was treated, without any reason or explanation. It was highly unprofessional and bewildering to say the least. Customer service is/was horrible, I will not return, and I do not recommend.
