My brother loves the French onion soup burger and the sugary vanilla cream ale nitro beer. The salmon burger is solid, too. They have a large menu and do everything well. So we settled for this American Burger chain. Pretty big store that felt modern and welcoming. The layout was great and we didn't feel lost at all from start to finish. We were in town because of a friend's play, and it was nice that it was right next door too. I got the Onion Stack Burger. The patty was well seasoned and the crispy onion strings gave it a wonderfully textured bite. Hickory sauce was tasty and the fries were crispy and well seasoned. I asked for ketchup on the side and I don't know why but cold, refrigerated ketchup always taste the best. I had to drop a star because the service was lacking a little. The worker was nice and responsive but we had to wait quite a bit as I think he was talking to a friend when we got there. He noticed we were in line but they were just having a conversation unrelated to the burger joint. She left the spot after 5-ish minutes and we were greeted pretty carefree following that. He also forgot to give us our number which we had to go back for. Anyhow, the food was great, and the ambiance was great. I'd definitely recommend a try if you can't think of what to eat while shopping/waiting at the mall.

We both agree that the burgers lacked basic salt or some type of seasoning. Plus, others have mentioned the frozen patty thing. OK, owner, don't get defensive, even if your burger meat is fresh and not frozen, they are hard and tasteless. Not sure if the owner ( only guy running the place ) is willing to take constructive criticism but if you're not getting repeat customers, you know why! Two people, simple burgers, one fry and one drink and it was almost $40 (included tip) Good luck Wanted Grill, get help in the kitchen or move to a Food Truck and good luck with the business in these times, there is potential with that place!

Honestly, I didnt even realize we had a Tommy's location right here in Santa Clarita until I mapped the closest one to me. I dropped in for lunch, and the place was absolutely packed. There was a line wrapping out the door and the drive-thru was backed up just as far. I decided to stick out the drive-thru, and it turned out to the best decision. Even though it took about 45 minutes to get my food, that was nothing compared to the inside line, which was a brutal 1 to 1.5 hour wait. I maxed out the promotional limit and ordered 3 cheeseburgers, along with some fries and a soda. The burgers tasted exactly as good as I remembered. You simply cant go wrong with a classic Tommy's cheesburger!

The Double Chzburger Combo with chili fries is our favorite the chili is always rich and flavorful, and the meat tastes amazing every single time. We've tried a few other items on the menu, but we always come back to this combo because it's consistently perfect. The location itself is great very clean, well kept, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The only thing to note is that if you go through the drive through and order multiple combos, you might wait 15-20 minutes, which makes sense since everything is made fresh to order. We completely understand and don't mind it's a small trade off for quality food. We've also tried their breakfast burritos, which include chili as well, and they're equally delicious flavorful and satisfying. After a decade of visits, this spot is consistently delicious, reliable, and a true favorite of ours. Another simple stop that turns into a small treat every time.

This was my first time eating Five Guys and I know it won't be my last. I appreciated all the extra condiments inside my burger. The fact that it's written on the board also made it convenient. I especially liked the green peppers and jalapeño peppers inside the burger. The Cajun fries were salty, I'll admit but it hit the spot for those late night cravings. I ordered a banana shake for $7 and a hamburger for a whopping $13. Now, I know in n out had a 4x4 for about 8$ and there burger is definitely a better burger at a lower price and to be honest, in n out burgers aren't the greatest. Both places don't fill me up. I was still hungry after. The burger here itself is two small patties, toppings like tomatoes lettuce, pickles and onions and grease. When I picked up the burger with the sesame buns, I thought to myself I could make this myself for less than 2$. The taste was average and oily to me. It was dripping with grease down my fingers each bite which was four by the way. Then the burger was gone in a few minutes and just like that, I was still hungry. For $20, I didn't expect an average to below average experience. The service was bad as well. I didn't like the attitude of the workers at the front and there was only one other customer other than myself inside and somehow, it took over 17 minutes to make my order where other places it usually takes less time. There were two workers there. The price is a major red flag, charging $13 for the hamburger alone without any fries or a drink is absolutely insane. Luckily I don't eat French fries due to avoiding cancerous foods especially after the fries being cooked in peanut oil. Overall, five guys is a 3/5. I'm generous usually, but the experience and moreover, value of the product I ordered was not worth it in my opinion. From experience of eating all types of hamburgers, this one was average at most and honestly, I can create a burger that tastes better myself by going to the grocery store and buying quality meat that's grass fed and it will taste better than this. The shake was watery and to be honest $7 was high especially for the size of the cup. I have had shakes in my past and they were better tasting and not as watery. Inside the place, it was nice and clean, but I just didn't like the wait and the food itself was not as good as I wished it would be.
