Papaya salad is so good.

Consistently great! Fresh and made to order by station when you walk in. After order is placed, you choose where to sit. We come here every trip and sometimes twice during our stay.

Chicken pad thai and mango sticky rice
Hope Marie M.

The hefty bowl of roasted chicken pad thai was delicious! Had a lot of fresh ingredients and it was just right for 2. The mango sticky rice was bomb, we took ours to go and ate in our hotel so I would've preferred it warmer, but it was still good! It had extra coconut milk to soak up the rice with and the mango was sweet. The homemade ginger tea was just right to re-energize us for the afternoon activities. Bookmarked for our next trip to Paris.

The best chicken I have had in a long time. I enjoyed the every part. The waiter was very kind and informative. I did find the Asian piren pics in the bathroom a little distasteful. It's all about the food which you won't leave disappointed in.

Vegetarian Pad Thai & green papaya salad

We went in search of vegetarian fare and this unassuming little restaurant, not far from the Pont Neuf did the trick and was a real surprise. It looks like a take out joint but has a lovely little seating area upstairs that looks over the street. The food was excellent. Our green papaya salad was perhaps the best I ever had anywhere. Our Pad Thai was also first rate and the portions were satisfying!

We've been passing by this cute little place located in what seems like the art gallery section of the Latin Quarter in Paris. Since we've been jetlagged the past couple of days, we searched for a place serving Thai since a couple of people recommended spicy food as a remedy. Now this place wasn't on Yelp yet so first order of business was to create it's business account. Staff told us to sit anywhere and gave us English menus which was convenient. Ordering and payment was done at the counter and food was served where you sat. We took a table on the second floor. BTW this place reeks of Bangkok street food aura with graffiti, profanity and even nudity plaster on the walls. A neon dragon illuminates the upper level which I found really cool. The Crying Tiger Beef and Tofu Curry had the right amount of spiciness and definitely hit the spot. The Mango Coco ended this meal with a bang. We're not rice fans but the sticky rice of this dessert was over before finishing off the delectable and sweet mango pieces. As for the Homemade Lemonade... well I was expecting it to be more gingery but it tasted like fresh lemonade though. So glad we checked this place out. Consider us fans.

The waitress was friendly. The restaurant is big enough to hold a party. The pad thai was a little dry for me.

We each got the combo platter that allowed us to try multiple meats and sides, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the meat. Especially the brisket, a particular favorite of mine when it comes to BBQ. The mac and cheese was a solid side, but the coleslaw was underwhelming. As Americans, yes, we expect large portions. I've been to Europe often enough to manage those expectations pretty well, so I was also pleased when we each reached a comfortable stopping point and were able to get takeaway boxes for our leftovers. I know it's traditionally trés gauche to take leftovers from French restaurants, but I was happy to see that the trend is catching on. After all, not wasting food is a good thing, is it not? We carried those leftovers all the way to Amsterdam the next day--that's how much we wanted to finish them. We opted to sit in the terrace seating that has a suspended plank for a table so that we could people watch Rue St. Denis, a busy street in this arrondissement. It's in a great neighborhood that was vibrant and full of life, even in the wake of the pandemic. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who would like to try good Texas style BBQ in the middle of Paris.

Since we are from Texas we had low expectations but we were wrong. Freddy's BBQ Serves excellent BBQ THAT WOULD COMPETE WITH ANY IN Texas Or Tennessee! The brisket was perfectly smoked, tender and juicy! The pulled pork was fantastic and the ribs were solid! We had all the sides and loved them The two pitmasters are trained and from Texas and Oklahoma So you know they know what real BBQ is!
