My leak has been happening for 7 years with countless people coming out to help (mostly patchwork/sealing) and then even a contractor who came out twice to look (and talk a lot) and was going to do so me dirt fill in thing but... NEVER came back. JP not only came out immediately to look at the job, but he started the work within a few days of that initial inspection. The job took one full day and, what timing-- it rained 3 inches two days later. I would have had to be down there all day with the leak with a wet vac/shop vac in order to avoid water damage. Instead, I went down to check every hour (as it was a practice I was used to whenever it rained) and NO WATER!! The quality of work was amazing --he was a perfectionist about the cementing (the floor he dug up) at the end of the job. Thank JP Adele

I used Billy Columbe of Advanced Pro Home Improvement on three separate occasions in the last…read morecouple of years. Replaced five windows on three bedrooms & repaired many vinyl siding problems. What I appreciated most during my window replacement was that Billy came out on two separate times to allow me to move around forty years of clutter from the windows to allow him to work. All windows & siding repairs were done exactly as he estimated & work was great. My oil consumption was down noticeably. On an emergency basis, repair my roof & gutter when a forty-two year old tree fell on my house. He came out a couple of days later when the tree was lifted from my roof. I was really in a jam & Billy came thru in a pinch with this emergency repair. Replaced eight interior doors & door trim. Several of these doors were custom sizes. All doors were installed as quoted. Billy gave me excellent tips on how to save on my labor to paint the trim & walls while the trim was loose. This saved me work, however Billy had to make an extra trip back for the trim installation. To sum it up, Billy Columbe did the work exactly as he quoted, the price was reasonable, Billy would show up on the day he stated he would & he texted me about thirty minutes ahead of time to give me a "heads up" that he was on his way. I would recommend his work.

My wife called a number of seal coat contractors. The amazing thing is that one actually answered the phone. Although Jim was having lunch at the time, he said he would come my in a half hour and sure enough, he did. He took a look at my driveway, said he had some time between jobs and would take care of it the next day and for a great price! No deposit, only a handshake. He came by as promised, and made short order of it blowing off leaves and debris, sealing the cracks and doing an outstanding job with the seal coat! Well worth the price and a pleasure to work with! By the way, a week later and not one other contractor we called bothered to even respond. I am glad we caught Jim during lunch (I am not sure he was) and had him complete this project! I not only recommend him here, but am letting other family members know who to call for driveway cracks and seal coating.

1-Star Review - Warning: Do Not Hire Anselmo's Sealcoating…read more I strongly urge anyone considering Anselmo's Sealcoating to look elsewhere. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I hired them to sealcoat my driveway, and within less than a month, the asphalt started to deteriorate. It was clear that incredibly cheap and low-quality materials were used. The surface began to crack and flake almost immediately -- something that should never happen with a proper sealcoating job. I contacted Anselmo (the owner) multiple times -- at least 15 -- and every time he had a different excuse for not showing up to fix the issue. He promised to come back and make things right, but those were just empty words. It's obvious now that he had no intention of following through. This company does not stand behind its work, and in my experience, Anselmo is dishonest and unreliable. Don't fall for promises or a friendly attitude up front -- once he has your money, you're on your own. Please learn from my mistake. Protect your property and your wallet -- do not hire Anselmo's Sealcoating.
