He called and offered to take care of it personally at his home and didn't charge me any more for a job that proved to take more time than they first thought. Two days later my car looked great. You can't tell the keyed scratch was ever across the whole side of my car. Ralph is really great, and cared about the car just like I do.

I had Price Auto Body recommended to me by a good friend who owns a couple of auto garages. I went down there, and I could not be happier with the work provided by Price Auto Body. Dealing with the aftereffects of a crash can be frustrating to say the least. Insurance companies are helpful and pleasant as long as you pay on time until you need their help. Then they point you to corporate and shrug their collective shoulders, tell you they are sorry to hear about your troubles, and raise your rates. Meanwhile the corporate office is nickel and diming every step of the repair to pay the least amount possible. I think autobody shops get a bad rap as they get the brunt of people's frustrations because it's the first time you can really look a person in the eye and have a margin of control during this whole ordeal. Price autobody was patient with me. Answered all of my questions as best they could. Kept me informed during the process and frankly did not sugarcoat answers. I appreciated that, even if I didn't like the answers. If you're looking for quality work and straight answers. You will be hard pressed to find a better shop.

What a crappy organization, I promise that they will lie to you regarding your cars progress and completion dates. I went to Jas-E body shop to get estimate to repair my car for my insurance company which was $3,000.00 and included de-trim chrome on trunk, side emblems, door handle, door lock and drip rail molding, which never happened! Jas-E Auto body shop did not remove anything but taped all the chrome. I asked to have a paint chip repaired on the roof of the car which Gina said they could do at an additional charge so I approved that charge to get it repaired, what a mistake! To be fair, Jas-E did the original paint job on the car and it was stunning, but when the car got keyed it looked like Ray Charles and Stevie Wonder did the repairs, paint and color sanding, the car looked like it was color sanded with a brick! Gina even called me to get the paint code for the paint color which I thought was crazy since they are the shop that painted the car originally. Jas-E called several times telling me the car was complete and ready for pick up and when I went down there to pick it up it wasn't even close. Then when I went to pick up the car on November 23, 2022 the paint did not match so I was told that it would better to paint the whole car to insure the paint would match for an additional $3,000.00, it did not match and wasn't even close and it's still not. The rear quarter panels and passenger door were not flat due to the crappy body work so they keep the car another 3 months so finally I told the Gina that I was picking up the car after several lies about the car being completed done or not on Feb 16, 2023. Jas-E IS THE WORST BODY SHOP IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA PERIOD! I have all of the documentation to show that what I have said is the truth. I even took the car to get the paint tested with a paint camera from an automotive paint store and it clearly shows that the paint is not the same color from panel to panel on the car. Another issue with the car is Jas-E chipped the paint on the trunk delaying its completion and the chip was repaired half ass as the rest of the car. I paid to have the rear quarter panel antenna removed as well as the Super Sport emblems, I will post the pictures of these repairs as well, what a shit repair. The car has was/polish fling all over the car, it's horrible. If anyone has any questions regarding Jas-E Auto Body you can contact me at iwireaz@cox.net. I have plenty of photos on this car. Maaco Body and Paint is 150% better that this crappy job. I wish that I could get negative stars on this review.
