I was told she would have to ask.... That was weeks ago so be very cautious. I didn't expect free. Mistakes happen but.....

I'm almost certain that I will love the other couple of juices that I purchased as well! I'm looking forward to trying the other items on their menu such as the smoothies & smoothie bowls. This seems like a great place to stop before or after a workout, and even better yet, they offer personal training right next door to the juice bar! One of the owners, named Ty, was very kind and it was great to get to see a small business owner offering such great services in downtown Coraopolis. Full spectrum fitness center, on par with some of the best facilities I've seen anywhere in the country, with more equipment that you could even use. The fitness spaces are so spacious that even during peak times, when the parking lot is practically full - there's never too many people inside or waiting for equipment. The staff are incredible and there's lots of classes included, and aligned businesses within the same complex, including a hot yoga studio, a hair salon, an incredible self defense training organization, a chiropractor, and personal and group fitness training company. Not to mention the place houses full size, INDOOR, tennis courts and an elite tennis academy!! If you want a clean, comfortable, friendly, and truly incredible physical culture center - this place is for you!

I love this place. Love it…read more The Psycle experience is unlike any workout that I've ever attempted. It's spinning on steroids and it's amazing. The instructor teaches class from a lit platform and the student bikes are arranged stadium style on risers. Coupled with black lights and four corners worth of speakers, you'll feel more like you're in a dance club than a gym. The music selection varies by instructor and refuses to disappoint! I've heard remixes in this class that had me up all night searching the Internet! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and somehow managed to remember my name by my second visit. Now if that doesn't make you feel welcome, I don't know what does. They also provide complimentary bottles of water at the start of each class. Nice touch. If you're like me and you have a hard time self-motivating, Psycle is the answer. The workout is hard (you will leave drenched in sweat) but the format is delivered in such a motivational way that you'll end up surprising yourself. At this point, I've only tried the spinning classes but they also offer aerobic-style classes like Kettle Bell and TRX. I plan on signing up for both. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to working out. I really can't say enough good things about this place and the dedicated staff members that figured out how to make fitness both challenging and fun.

I found the box/gym because my high school friend took me to his gym while I was back in town and have been joining him and his family for the past 2 years when I go back to where we grew up. The space reeks of nostalgic CF gyms and that makes me yearn for the days when it wasn't as corporate as some places have become. It's situated in an industrial park and lacks the creature comforts that some boxes have embraced (like A/C, for example). It's beyond clean for a CF gym and has oodles of equipment and devices to ensure you get a proper workout and instruction from one of the many qualified and excellent coaches. The membership embraced me and my loud nonsense (personality) which isn't always the case when I'm visiting other CF locations. They are all supportive, engaging to new people (there have been other instances where I wasn't the only drop-in that class), and there's no territorial or ego struggles among the members. Alex has created a culture that embodies what the name means and has meant for the past 2 decades. I can't recommend TPA/CF enough for people in the area or those looking for a place to drop in and not be judged or held at arm's length the entire time. This is a place for fitness, improvement, and celebration of the fitness journey. What Alex has created here is something truly special and I will be returning soon.
