You can do a Day pass for $5 or buy punch card of 10 swims for a discount, more of a discount if you live in Hood River and are a senior. Even though I'm from Portland, I purchased o e because I know it will get used. I'm in Hood River frequently - my Happy Place- even happier when I get in a swim. There are 4 lap lanes and 2 per lane, splitting rather than circle swimming, always a plus. There is a timer clock on each end making it super easy to know when you've accomplished your time or to see how quickly you are swimming. Lap lanes are usually available all day but always check their website for the most accurate info. A large play area is available for kids and families as well as an individual shallow pool. A few lounge chairs and lots of metal bleachers on the perimeter. You can also walk a few feet to an outdoor patio if you need more sun. I did! Needed to speed up my drying time after my shower. Locker rooms are typical, a few private showers and an open shower pit area. Staff is friendly. They were super helpful and informative when I called to inquire about usage and the same friendliness greeted me when I arrived. Happy to have discovered this pool and will be back! I have a punch card to use up!!!

They had cleaners come in every day after the last class was finished. The place was as spotless as a gym can be.

Lots of experience and a very reliable masseuse. It's been 7 hours since I got the massage and I am still in the zone. Worth every cent I spent. First, the facility is fantastic. Clean, welcoming and comfortable. Secondly, she knows what she is doing. My body is in a state of Zen. Thank you Shery.

Yoga Samadhi is more than just a yoga studio -- it's a sanctuary. I first discovered this gem as a…read morestudent and instantly fell in love with the breathtaking beauty, light, and energy of the space. The vaulted ceilings and the expansive bamboo floors create an open, grounding atmosphere, while the warm natural light pouring through the oversized windows frames incredible views of the gorge. It feels like the studio itself is alive, breathing with the rhythm of the practice. From the very beginning, I felt so welcomed and nurtured by the amazing instructors. Each teacher brings their own unique gifts and style to the studio, and the owner not only encourages this diversity -- she celebrates it. This openness and acceptance are what make Yoga Samadhi truly special. The warmth and care I felt from day one weren't just my experience; I've since realized that everyone who walks through the studio's doors -- whether a first-timer or an experienced yogi -- is welcomed in the same way. Nestled on the quaint Main Street of White Salmon, Yoga Samadhi has a magical way of making you feel seen and accepted exactly as you are -- young or old, big or small, pink, green, or rainbow. It's a place where everyBODY belongs. Since that first day, I've practiced for countless hours, attended every teacher's class, and even completed Yoga Samadhi's teacher training program. Now, I'm honored to teach in the very place that became my home. The door is always open -- come as you are, from wherever you are today. Step inside, soak up the beautiful energy, and just breathe.

The positive energy from the group that filled the room and her insightful instruction is exactly why I like to include studio yoga into my practice. I thought I had found my new "yoga home." And then I came to Angela's class, which is why I urge you to stay away. Angela is the worst yogi, and quite possibly even a horrible person...and she owns this place. First, she didn't like my mat, or where I placed my mat, or which side of the mat I was using and proceeded to try to sell me a mat. Uhhh... Then, as I came into my first down dog she snaps at me to stop moving, so I froze. Then she proceeded to come and touch me on every pose! She didn't know me! She didn't ask me! She didn't know my body! To her credit, she may have assumed that I wanted to get really deep into each pose because it is obvious that I have practiced before, but after hiking that day I was a little sore/tired, and wanted to take it easy. I listen to my body and don't force poses. The penultimate straw was when, on my third down dog, she came and drove my heels into the mat! Drove.my.heels.into.the.mat. I flipped over and asked her to stop, and that her touch felt critical...she said "fine" and marched around the room loudly saying how she is showing us how to do things correctly and how important it is for her to touch, blah, blah. It felt so hostile! So hostile, in fact, that I rolled up my mat and left...after only 8 minutes. If you look at the website, she violated all of her own tenets. I'd like to say my story is unique, but I felt compelled to write this review after swapping Angela horror stories at the Thirsty Woman with some folks I had just met.
