Instead, they tried to tell us they were being kind by waiving the full amount due because they mistakenly thought we did not cancel within 60 days, when in fact, we actually reached out to them in March. This was well before 60 days of the event, which would have taken place in mid-June. In addition, we live out of state, which makes it difficult for us to reschedule a big event like this, especially in a time of such uncertainty. We understand contracts; however, Diamond was our only vendor who would not work with us in returning any part of our deposit, and to make matters worse, used incorrect information to make it look as though they've done us a favor. We felt quite insulted.

The food and wine were very good overall (barbecue isn't my favorite in general). And the highlight of this experience was the phenomenal service! The event started with passed apps, a bar with a signature cocktail among other selections, and live music. Once seated for the meal at a very large table next to other attendees, the food, wine and music didn't stop!
