I hired Nosh to cater a customer event that my company was hosting in our Ohio location. Derek was responsive and very helpful. He spent time with me on the phone to discuss the event and made menu suggestions for what would work for the number of guests we expected to attend and he visited the site to see the space in advance of the event. On the day of the event, he arrived early to ensure that everything was set-up and ready ahead of our guests' arrival. He made two trips to our location, one for breakfast and one for lunch and he remained on-site during lunch to fill in items as needed. The quality of the food was excellent. We served a light breakfast and lunch. The breakfast pastries were baked that morning as were the cookies and cobbler bites and it was apparent in the quality. The sliders, salad and the assorted mini bites were well presented and delicious. I would not hesitate to hire them again for another event.
