PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. The answering service was overly friendly and a technician came out. We needed a hose bib (tap) replaced in the backyard. All the plumber needed to do was to remove the old one and screw on the new hose bib. The technician made a big show about taking pictures of the existing hose bib and sending it to the manager. The manager's diagnosis was to cut off the metal portion of the pipe and solder on a new one. He claimed that someone had tried to replace the bib earlier. Charges were going to be a whopping $475!!! It was too much for us and we sent the technician on his way. The manager called back to explain how honest they were. (LOL) Anyhow, to cut a long story short, another plumber came over the next day. He was amazing - unscrewed the hose bib with the right tool and replaced it all within 15 minutes. He did not charge us a penny, saying that the job was too easy!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!

Would you trust a company that doesn't verify who they billed? I don't know who gave them my information, but he practically hung up on me when I asked him to scrub the file. Very RUDE and lacking in customer support.

The job involved fixing a bathtub leak and replacing an old bathtub faucet set and two bathroom sink faucets. Oscar quickly identified that the bathtub leak was coming from the overflow drain assembly and replaced the faulty part. Our repair was originally scheduled for Saturday, but a required part was delayed and didn't arrive until Saturday evening. Oscar was flexible and willing to come back on Sunday to complete the job. What stood out most was that he was very professional and responsible. When he discovered the drywall damage from the leak was more extensive than expected, he didn't take shortcuts. He carefully explained the situation and arranged for a drywall professional to properly repair the larger damaged area rather than simply patching a small opening. He also cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. Honest, reliable, responsive, and committed to doing the job right. I definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.
