After several calls with the surly owner they finally came out and finished the job properly this time, with two new plumbers who were well prepaired, polite and efficient. No Bill was ever sent to my home and finally when the bill arrived 6 months late they assessed over 60 dollars in late fees because they never invoiced me on time. We needed a hose bib (tap) replaced in the backyard. All the plumber needed to do was to remove the old one and screw on the new hose bib. The technician made a big show about taking pictures of the existing hose bib and sending it to the manager. The manager's diagnosis was to cut off the metal portion of the pipe and solder on a new one. He claimed that someone had tried to replace the bib earlier. Charges were going to be a whopping $475!!! It was too much for us and we sent the technician on his way. The manager called back to explain how honest they were. (LOL) Anyhow, to cut a long story short, another plumber came over the next day. He was amazing - unscrewed the hose bib with the right tool and replaced it all within 15 minutes. He did not charge us a penny, saying that the job was too easy!!!!!
