I live in an apartment 2bed/2bath and it's a lot so I need the help. My first maid was really good moved items cleaned the showers etc but for sone reason did not clean the toilet bowls. And she did all the other things I wanted: steamed all floors. My second experience was not so good in the bathrooms the showers were not cleaned neither were the floors. The maid only vacuumed my floors and didn't mop them like I asked When I wrote to the company to state what happened no one got back to me or provided any insight or help. It's hit or miss overall Id say; also setting up an appointment is a real hassle it takes like over a week to hear back from anyone

We used their services for deep cleaning our house a few times and also to clean it prior to our listing the house for sale. We had nothing but great experiences!! The cleaning crew always arrived on time and got straight to work. They were very sensitive to the fact we had a dog in the house and tried to move through the house in a way that we could isolate our dog in a room away from where they were cleaning. With great attention to detail, they made sure to do a thorough job, even leaving our toilet paper folded with a cute sticker on the end and a dog treat on the counter when they were done! The owners are very responsive to feedback and questions. Their cleaning rates are on point with other cleaners in the area. I would highly recommend their services!

    I'd like to start off by saying I have never written a bad review of a product or business before…read more In February, I reached out to Chemdry to clean a 6'x9' rug that had stains and odor from cat urine. When Dave picked up the rug, he stated that he could guarantee that the stains and odor would come out. At this time I was never given a timeline of how long the cleaning would take. I will be honest, I've never had this service done so I was not even sure how long it would take. After nearly 2 months I decided to call just to check on the rug and see if they could give me a timeline. I received the rug on April 11th and Dave explained that some of the staining on the back of the rug didn't come out -which I was fine with. However, he said the smell was completely gone. When we unrolled the rug in our house we could almost immediately smell urine/ammonia. I called chemdry on 4/13 and told them the smell was not completely gone. The person that I talked to said that she would have Dave contact me to set up a time to pick up the rug and try to clean it again. I never heard from anyone, so by 4/22 I decided to call back and ask for a refund. The person who I talked to said she will have the owner contact me right away. It is now 5/14 and I have yet to receive a phone call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I completely understand that possibly there are other issues that I as the customer cannot see. But when a customer is not happy with their service, the business should communicate with them and do their best to make it right.
