Dave cleaned the…read morecarpet in a 2 bedroom apartment that was occupied by 4 young adults and I never dreamed that the carpet could be restored to its original condition. I was so very wrong. After just 2 hours of cleaning this apartment, Dave had the carpeting throughout the entire apartment looking better than it did when they moved in. I will never use anyone but Dave and Chemdry.     I'd like to start off by saying I have never written a bad review of a product or business before…read more In February, I reached out to Chemdry to clean a 6'x9' rug that had stains and odor from cat urine. When Dave picked up the rug, he stated that he could guarantee that the stains and odor would come out. At this time I was never given a timeline of how long the cleaning would take. I will be honest, I've never had this service done so I was not even sure how long it would take. After nearly 2 months I decided to call just to check on the rug and see if they could give me a timeline. I received the rug on April 11th and Dave explained that some of the staining on the back of the rug didn't come out -which I was fine with. However, he said the smell was completely gone. When we unrolled the rug in our house we could almost immediately smell urine/ammonia. I called chemdry on 4/13 and told them the smell was not completely gone. The person that I talked to said that she would have Dave contact me to set up a time to pick up the rug and try to clean it again. I never heard from anyone, so by 4/22 I decided to call back and ask for a refund. The person who I talked to said she will have the owner contact me right away. It is now 5/14 and I have yet to receive a phone call. I am a very reasonable and understanding person and I completely understand that possibly there are other issues that I as the customer cannot see. But when a customer is not happy with their service, the business should communicate with them and do their best to make it right.
