Was told that it was probably frozen early this morning when the came through. They are done for the season so it will sit in the bin until next spring when they start again. I will not be paying for this service next year if this is the way they run a business. If they know it will be frozen shouldn't they start a little later in the day. They loaded the trailer carelessly and actually kicked stuff around the apartment. They acted the entire time as if I had put them out by hiring them. They were asked if there was room for a mattress in the trailer, to which they replied there was not. When we got to our destinstion across the country, we learned that not only had everything been loaded poorly, there was room for the brand new mattress which we had left behind. Now we're out several hundred dollars having to buy a new mattress. If Colin and his helper hadn't been quite so lazy, they could have loaded everything! There was plenty of room! We also found out when we unloaded the trailer that many of the boxes marked FRAGILE were loaded on the bottom of the stacks of boxes and several items were damaged or broken as a result. I paid for two hours of time - $200. It would have been a bargain if they had done their jobs correctly. They were at my home for one hour of the two I paid for. I wouldn't be upset if they had actually managed to load everything. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANY LESS. They were rude, didn't show up when they were supposed to, couldn't manage to properly load the trailer, and still left early. I'm completely dissatisfied that this company showed up and did a poor job and managed to cost me even more money.
