I've used the service 4 times now and the first 3 times were good. The drivers were friendly and on time. The 4th trip home was terrible. We were on our way home in heavy rush hour traffic when the owner called and instructed the driver to turn around and go back to the airport because someone had just called looking for a ride. It added an extra 30 minutes to our trip home. The owner was incredibly rude about it saying we got what we paid for so we shouldn't complain. read more

After several hours of waiting in a Florida Airport and our Air Canada Flight which was delayed, we were to have been met at YYZ by the Stratford Airporter. Due to several other delayed flights this past Thursday (February 28), the Airporter arrived -- late -- but with an apology and an explanation. Now for the Good News. Our driver (Steve) was, um let's see, entertaining to say the least. Our ride home was the best part of our whole trip that day. Steve was upbeat and positive, which perked us up on our drive home during the wee hours of March 1. And the drive seemed shorter because of his winning personality. This was our first experience with the Stratford Airporter, however we will certainly use their service again in the future. Thanks, Steve. Taken this service at least three times - always excellent - pick up right in your driveway and fast, efficient driving - courteous and helpful. Price is high for single traveller though - $100 each way with tax, which adds a lot to cost of flights.(Hence not 5*). If remotely possible to link up with other people, then group fares become very much more attractive - even when we travel as a couple it's a much better deal. I just wonder - if a group of four pay $189 plus tax (say around $215 with tax or $54 per person) but 4 single travellers, taking same number of seats, pay $400 (inc tax), is this justifiable? Does it cost the company almost $200 more to fill same four seats with four singles? Presumably not - just wonder if there's room for a rethink on the 'one traveller' cost, which does come at a premium and definitely penalizes singles... read more

My shuttle was a no show and when I called, the owner was an obnoxious jerk about it. He said one of his driver's didn't show and I should just book a taxi. No call, no apology, and he was rude. I'd never use this 'service' again - especially now that I know a taxi is only moderately more expensive. read more

Friends used this service and had mixed feelings. Trip out was okay, trip back a nightmare. Hour late, no apologies, paid good money for this service. If it's hit and miss, skip it. I've heard a cab is marginally more expensive. read more

great service. the driver was nice. The car was comfortable. He was prepared for the trip as he knew what the conditions are like on the roads/highway. The price was reasonable but hope it could be cheaper. read more
