We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

They generally involved two speakers but sometimes included a translator, varied in length from 20 - 60 minutes, included speakers with accents from all over the world, and were recorded in a loud space ( a convention center). We started off sending a few recordings to multiple different transcription services and learned that when it comes to transcription, you really DO get what you pay for: the work done by the cheapest companies was REALLY problematic (some were so bad I basically had to redo the transcripts myself); one individual we worked with was more expensive than these guys and her transcripts were basically perfect but also significantly slower than Paul's team (too slow to be useful for us, in addition to being more expensive). Paul's team was really good, really fast, and when we had a few problems with the work of one team member (who didn't do anything wrong, just did things a bit differently than we wanted them done), everything was taken care of quickly, professionally, and without any drama. I would highly recommend these guys.
