Competent and efficient. I would not trust anyone else with my estate planning. The attorneys are responsive and understanding.

Forget the commercials! They really don't have any customer service. I called at 8:30 for an appointment to update the trust that Jeffrey Burr had done 5 years ago. All I wanted was an appointment. I was told my call would be returned. 10 hours later there's been no call. I guess they're too busy doing commercials. Take your business to someone who cares about their clients. read more

We had to do the thing that some people don't like to do. Estate planning isn't fun but my wife and I put it off long enough. So glad that we decided to go with Jeffery Burr. Corey was awesome! All our questions were answered. Amber who also helped us was equally amazing. I can't imagine using anyone else. read more

It is not easy for your parents to get older or to consider that someday they will leave us but I appreciate the fact that my Mom wants to have her affairs in order to make it somewhat easier on me when she leaves this world. We chose these attorneys to assist us with her will and estate planning because of their expertise and they possess more than 30 years experience. Today when we visited, we met with Michael Lum. We needed to make some adjustments in her will and I had several questions that I needed answers for. Mr. Lum was very professional and treated us with respect and dignity. He was easily able to answer my questions and help me understand my role. I liked how he interacted with my Mom and showed concern for her well being and was appreciative of her business. In addition, they will assist me after her passing someday with any questions or issues that may come up which I am grateful for. Their pricing ranges from approximately $2100 for a single person up to $2800 for a married couple and also depends on your assets etc. They are able to assist with estate planning, asset protection, business planning, probate and trust administration etc. I would highly recommend these attorneys as it is never too early to think about protecting your family's future. read more

Jeffrey Burr - Henderson - Wills, Trusts, & Probates Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

They never responded to my emails and calls. Called and left two messages, emailed them - no response. Why would you ever want to hire a lawyer (or CPA) when their office never responds ? Do not bother contacting them read more

Excellent service. I was helped within minutes of my appointment time and all the staff seemed like they truly cared.

this office moves at a snails pace. its took 3 weeks for signature docs to be mailed out. they didnt email them like most companies would in 2023. when following up with the documents being sent it. I had to email or call every day for status. the paralegal Carie did not inform me that on a holiday weekend and every friday the office closed at 12. I still have no idea if the notarized documents were received or not. they charged over 50k to handle this and its taken months to resolve for money like that I expect a lot more in return as far as customer service and how you run a business in general. read more

Originally contacted this office back in February for my mothers estate and was told everything would be completed in April. I have not heard a word from anyone so I contacted them the end of April and was told oh we're sorry, we got too busy and forgot about you. Everything was not completed until August. When I would email and ask a question, I would never get a reply. Definitely would not recommend this firm. read more

I saw Collins in this office for assistance with my prenuptial agreement. It's never fun to have to deal with something like this, but Collins was very helpful. First of all, I totally understand why my Husband needed a prenup and I wasn't upset at all about it. He had been previously married and was totally taken advantage of by his ex-wife. This time around, he had to have some level of protection in case this doesn't work out. We talked a lot about the terms of the prenup and were on the same page. Unfortunately, he didn't get to see it before it was submitted to my lawyer and his lawyer wrote it up much differently than discussed. Although we wanted to try and avoid any revisions, that just wasn't possible. Collins went through each section of the document and explained everything to me. He brought up some things he thought were questionable and we made notes on what to discuss later. My hubby and I were able to quickly rectify everything and he contacted his lawyer to rewrite the document. Collins and I met again to ensure everything was to my liking and then I signed it. His assistant is a notary, so I didn't have to worry about paying extra for that service. Overall, it was a good experience. Something that could have been very stressful was made easy. read more

Mr. Burr is not only an expert and a professional but also proved to me that there are still compassionate and generous Lawyers in the world. As a disabled senior citizen living below the poverty level with serious health issues, I was seeking to establish a Will and/or a Trust to leave my modest estate to. Mr. Burr listened to my wishes and outlined a comprehensive plan with easy to understand answers. The proposed fee was Very reasonable and one I was happy to take out a loan to pay for. After learning the details of my financial situation Mr. Burr wouldn't hear of it and both surprised and deeply moved me with his offer to put me in touch with 2 pro bono organizations to help people like myself. He expressed genuine concern and well wishes for my health and a hopefully longer life. God Bless Mr. Burr and may others be inspired by his example. read more

Derek Hatch is the best!!! From 2011 to 2016, my wife and I owed the IRS over $240,000. We were sick and could not sleep at night. Enter Derek into the equation. When the smoke cleared we gladly wrote out a check to the IRS for $5,800. That is not a misprint $5,800!!! Everything settled due to Derek's expertise. Just a month ago he helped a customer of ours in a Real Estate transaction (with an IRS lien on his home) get the lien off the sellers home in 3 business days. We closed the transaction without a hitch. Again Thanks DEREK you are a lifesaver. On a side note, he is a great guy too. Ron and Mona read more

We used Michael Lum of this firm for our wills/trust agreement and were very happy with the entire process. We met with him on two occasions and he took as much time as needed to answer all our questions and make sure we understood our options fully. Everyone we dealt with in the firm was courteous and responsive. We left with a comprehensive binder detailing steps we need to take now and instructions for our children when the time comes. We went to Jeffrey Burr's firm based on a friend's referral and would not hesitate to recommend the firm to others. read more

My family had just completed probate for my late uncle's estate that took approximately 2 years. We ran into numerous problems, but our attorney Corey and his paralegal Tracy were always there to guide us, and help us resolve any issues that we encountered. They were very understanding, compassionate and quick to assist and make sure we were headed in the right direction at all times. No questions or issues were too bothersome, and they were always available to answer questions or address the issues that kept arising. I would highly recommend them to assist you in whatever you may need in the estate, probate or planning. I'm sure you will not be disappointed. On behalf of my family, I would like to Thank Corey and Tracy especially, and the rest of the team at Jeffery Burr, for their help, compassion and professionalism in all of our dealings. read more

Be careful when dealing with this firm. They billed us for phone calls where we asked a question and got an incorrect answer and then billed us again for an email correcting the answer. They wrote up the agreement to take 2% of the estate and did a minimal amount of work then when we complained about how much they billed us they replied with an email full of veiled threats. read more
