We had a great experience with Paul and his team when we had large number of intense and sensitive interviews that needed to be transcribed fairly quickly. They generally involved two speakers but sometimes included a translator, varied in length from 20 - 60 minutes, included speakers with accents from all over the world, and were recorded in a loud space ( a convention center). We started off sending a few recordings to multiple different transcription services and learned that when it comes to transcription, you really DO get what you pay for: the work done by the cheapest companies was REALLY problematic (some were so bad I basically had to redo the transcripts myself); one individual we worked with was more expensive than these guys and her transcripts were basically perfect but also significantly slower than Paul's team (too slow to be useful for us, in addition to being more expensive). Paul's team was really good, really fast, and when we had a few problems with the work of one team member (who didn't do anything wrong, just did things a bit differently than we wanted them done), everything was taken care of quickly, professionally, and without any drama.
