Best service of all the law firm I have ever visited!…read more I don't normally write reviews, but I feel the needs to share my best experience. It is very hard to find a good patent Lawyer locally. After several researches, I called Bayramoglu Law. Haidee was so nice on the phone and she is be able to get me into a next day appointment quick. After the free consultation with Deniz, I felt more confident about my case and very clear about the steps I need to take. They have been really helpful, highly recommended.

Throughout the process they have been very transparent, helpful, and encouraging. We have met and spoken with several members of the team, and all have been courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. I can say at this point that I recommend them without reservation.

He worked with me , over the phone and thru email. Instructions were a little cloudy and I called him many times . Paid whatever he asked. Eventually I completed the packet . She "my Fiance" got her side completed . I paid whatever government fees for US and the foreign side. 18 months later she arrived in the Hawaiian Islands. We got married a few weeks later. This is May of 2024 now. Reached out again and paid for the second packet to start the immigration adjustment of status process. Don't remember what I paid but I did with no hesitation. "It wasn't cheap" Once again instructions were cloudy to me . It was my first time bringing a foreign women to the states. Anyway emails and especially the calls to the PFV "Filipina Fiance Visa " , I would ask questions and I seemed to feel like an irritation to them . Anyway completed emailed checklist . Thought we were in the clear after sending packet and payment to USCIS and PFV . We were told all updates , and status per our request for change of status application would be by certified mail. Was told we should hear something within 6 months or so. After 9 months received a letter stating we abandoned our request for adjustment of status and my wife needed to leave the country and return to the Philippines within 33 days of the letter being sent out . Called FPV and I explained what we received and emailed a copy to FPV. Was told that we were not monitoring our account on the USCIS and the government was waiting and finally closed request for adjustment of status due to us not answering digitally. After I was told by FPV that everything was handled certified mail FPV Stated that if I paid them again he would resubmit everything and we have a good chance of getting reconsidered. I almost bit the hook . Something told me talk to my wife. She did not like the idea of paying again . We ended up deciding maybe she go back to the PI and restarting the process, and due to her and myself being depressed and even calling it quits Something told me the following day to try any random immigration lawyer here in Honolulu. Saw an immigration lawyer the next evening And his first consultation was free. He reviewed my complete duplicate packet that I made previously and stated that I had everything except 4 important documents per USCIS that were not on FPV 's checklist as needed to facilitate the request properly Filed again with the USCIS with the 4 required documents that were missing the first time within the 33 days . Paid the new lawyer to make sure everything was there the second time . Thanks to the Lawyer my wife in early 2025 started receiving positive letters from USCIS . She later got her green card , adjustment of status letter and social security card . Hawaii state ID was just acquired last October. I Paid a lot of money to FPV . I am not Bashing them they helped me get her here to the states. But the second half was horrible and they never even called me back or A courtesy email to check if we our okay after that scary deportation letter. Do yourself a favor . If you are not good a paperwork. Then hire an Immigration lawyer. If you descent at that sort of thing save thousands of dollars and dont pay these guys they are more of guidance counselor than anything else. All and all I would not recommend these guys . Since then I scheduled an appointment and then who viewed my case with one of the attorneys. My grandmother was also involved in the case and she has a language barrier and luckily for us and Nancy spoke Spanish and she was able to communicate well with my grandmother. The attorney's handled the case very well. I was able to communicate with Nancy the paralegal either by email text or phone call. I really don't like playing phone tag and the ability to text really help move things along the way. Every time I came in they are very accommodating they also offered us water every time I came in they answered all our questions and even if I had questions later was able to reach out to Nancy. The case was handled in a timely manner and within the timeframe that was told to us. The contract portion was very easy and straightforward.
