I had never been involved in the criminal justice system and was deeply concerned about my future, my professional reputation, and the potential impact the case could have on my career. From our first meeting, Ross treated me with dignity and respect. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to understand not only the facts of my case but also who I was as a person. I never felt rushed, judged, or dismissed. What stood out most was his honesty. He explained both the best- and worst-case scenarios, answered my questions directly, and helped me understand every step of the process. He was reassuring without making unrealistic promises. Ross reviewed the information I provided, developed a strategy, and handled the case efficiently and professionally. What could have become a lengthy and overwhelming process was resolved far sooner than I anticipated. Most importantly, he achieved an outcome that allowed me to move forward with my life and future. Throughout the entire case, Ross did exactly what he said he would do. His legal knowledge and courtroom experience are evident, but what I appreciated most was the way he treated me during a very difficult time. He never lost sight of the fact that there was a person behind the case file. If you are looking for an attorney who is experienced, straightforward, compassionate, and genuinely invested in his clients, I highly recommend Ross Goodman.

The experience that followed left me feeling unheard, unseen, and deeply disappointed by a lack of empathy and communication during a critical time. For a while now, I carried a heavy weight of resentment over how things were handled, how I was spoken to, and the feeling of being treated like a transaction rather than a human being whose life was on the line. I write this review so I can release the bitterness, the anger, and the deep hurt Joel caused and move on from that chapter of my life. I forgive Joel Mann for the lack of support and the feeling of being left to navigate a terrifying situation without a true advocate. I am deeply grateful that my new attorney stepped in when they did to help me navigate the path forward. I write this not to attack, but to close this chapter with peace. I wish Joel, his team, and anyone else facing these hard roads nothing but the best. Sincerely, Jennie M.

Craig Mueller was referred to me by a friend, he helped that friend with a DUI and Craig did the same for me with my DUI case. From my initial consultation he told me exactly what I would be needing to do, what classes to take and what the outcome would be. As soon as I left his office I enrolled in the classes needed and finished everything as soon as I could. He attended all my court appearances for me and it wasn't until the very last court date which was my sentencing that I had to appear before the judge. Craig was able to get my DUI dropped to a reckless driving charge. When the judge mentioned all the classes and requirements I'd be needing to complete to successfully close this case Craig walked up to the judge with my certificates of completion already in hand since he had told me from our initial meeting months prior what I was going to be needing, he made sure I was prepared to get this closed out as soon as possible. That just shows the level of expertise and knowledge Craig Mueller has. I would 1000% recommend him and if I were in the same situation again he'd be the first person I'd contact.

I contacted him regarding a local incident where a misunderstanding with a venue employee unfortunately escalated into an unwanted physical contact/battery charge. Because the charge carries heavy connotations that didn't match the reality of a simple physical brush-off, it was critical for me to have strong representation. Chip handled the matter brilliantly. He was able to negotiate a resolution with the judge for a 90-day dismissal window. As a generally law-abiding citizen, this was an ideal and fair outcome. Chip's handling of the case was excellent, and the results speak for themselves. A friend I referred to him had a similarly positive experience. He is an excellent attorney.

I have been in the Gaming business for years almost 3 decades, I work hard and live my day with character, high morals and good judgment. On 5/29/25 I stopped by the Durango Casino after work with a friend from work for a beer and to catch the end of a game at the bar. I hit a 4 of a kind and won my bet, the next thing I remember was 3 hours later after I had been hit by a police car at the intersection at Hualipai and Peace. With no idea how I got here, and in a complete fog about the hours leading up to the collision. I am not a drinker or a party person, I work and go home. I had no record of any kind in the last 42 years ( my whole life), I knew that I had to fight this with all my might. Looking at a Driving impaired, accident with possible injuries with a Police car....I have never been so scared in my life. Then, I researched online and did my homework and I made the BEST decision of my life; I contacted Chip Siegel, he got back to me within 30 minutes and he calmed my nerves and became a true "Beacon in the Night". Mr. Siegel's professionalism, honesty, explaining my situation (not sugarcoating it) was so appreciated and his ability to calm my nerves made all the difference in the world. I could never leave out his assistant Stacey, she is "angelic" not to mention so kind and efficient in her job and duties. I went from fears and worries of losing my freedom and my family, to sheer elation as Mr. Siegel got my charge reduced to a reckless driving offense which will be expunged soon. It had to be a combination of a clean record combined with the incredible and reliable skills and vast knowledge of Chip Siegel. You don't ever want to be in court...but if you are, you want to win. I'd never needed a lawyer in my whole life, but when I did I made the right call. Thank you Chip and Stacey for saving my life!!
