How does that happen! Hopefully, the owner will acknowledge their mistake and resolve it.....after spending almost $5,000 there this month! The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

I'm a mechanical engineer with experience in the automotive industry. I'm giving 3 of 5 stars…read morebecause I did not actually use their service. I did however take my car to the shop for a quote. I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.

It's not easy finding a shop to work on a Nissan Titan with a 5.0 Cummins diesel engine since they discontinued that truck in 2019. Finding people to work on the engine and just finding parts for the vehicle has become quite hard. But they didn't even flinch and took care of the job. I can't recommend them enough.

Then the mechanic from Knucklebusters took my car for a spin, and checked all the things that have to do with steering, and found nothing wrong. Most wouldn't "touch" the roof to repair. A few would and I got estimates and had discussions, Bavarian included. They were super friendly and helpful with confirming the issue. When it was realized the parts had to be ordered from Germany and would take four weeks to arrive, the others bailed out and wouldn't take the job. Which was fine with me in the end because I had a good feeling about Bavarian! Fixing the convertible is a tricky task and I wanted to ensure I picked the right place. The estimate was fair and they were confident so we ordered the parts. Four weeks later, I brought my car in and a few days after that, it was done - fixed - no issues ! Happy customer. With used vehicles, there will always be something that randomly breaks, but I never panic taking my cars here. My recent visit was fixing my daughter's car. It had an issue with the brakes and they found out the master cylinder was bad. The part had failed and was still under warranty. They took care of it! Their prices are always fair, based on the repair needed, and significantly less expensive than the dealership. On several occasions, they find nothing wrong with the car and tell me to come back when it's broken. If they can source the part quickly, they are very good about getting your vehicle done promptly. There are no fancy waiting rooms at this shop, but if you value honesty and quality work, then do yourself a favor and use this repair shop!
