He stated in one area it was 5 inches thick when in fact I was present during the entire job which he was not and the crew that he used leveled the area to the 4 inches that was agreed. Stephen changed his story twice. This is a company that I will not trust or recommend to anyone, considering I got him from Angi I would not trust Angi for any future projects.
