They have a little store attached if you need to get a few things to take home if you are cooking some Mexican food. Getting back to the establishment, I love their chips and salsa. They are great at service here. The servers do a good job. They make it pretty easy during the work week to order. You just walk in and order up your food. Then go get a table after you get some ice water or your beverage. Then they call up your food. If it is busy they might have servers. But really during the work week it's just chill. Sit down and enjoy some salsa and chips and something you got to drink while you wait. I love supporting local places and this place is great based on service, quality and quantity of food. On my way back from the dells and I search of Mexican food, my friend and I stumbled upon Las Milpas located at the back of the Mexican store. They have a vast menu to choose from and you'll be sure to find something you are craving. We ordered chips and guacamole, street tacos and a burrito. Prices are reasonable especially given the portion sizes. The chips came with a side of salads too. It tasted like a roasted salsa or almost marinara like. The guacamole and salsa had a little bit of a warm kick. I opted for the pork burrito. It was pretty good but I wish I'd paid a little more for the carnitas. I prefer the shredded pork vs cubes. Would absolutely go back.

I've lived in Baraboo my whole life, and somehow I had never even noticed this place, despite driving past it almost every day! We decided to give it a shot, and OH MY GOODNESS. The food was absolutely out of this world! We both agreed that it was even better than Jose's in town. The lady who waited on us was incredibly friendly and checked on us multiple times throughout our meal. You could really tell that they care about the food and the people they're serving. Honestly, this place does not get the recognition it deserves, and that's heartbreaking. It's truly a hidden gem, and I'm so glad we decided to give it a try. We will absolutely be back! Thank you, Emma's Mexican Market, for an amazing lunch!

It's been a number of years now and I'm still a happy, loyal customer. There are a few things that set Vermont Valley Farm apart from the competition: 1) Farm events. It's great getting a box of vegetables delivered to a convenient pick-up location once-a-week during the summer. But you know what's even better? Getting the chance to go out to the farm occasionally to see where all the magic happens. Vermont Valley Farm hosts awesome annual events like pesto fest (they provide all the basil, you bring everything else you need and make all the pesto you can eat right there on the farm), corn-boil and pot luck, along with u-pick tomatoes and pumpkins! 2) Add-on cheese shares. They partner with Dreamfarm to offer goat cheese CSA shares you can pick up with your veggies. While you'll find Dreamfarm cheeses in local stores, some flavors are only made for the CSA. 3) Awesome farmers. This is a family operation and it's clear they love what they do, and love sharing it with their members. They're also socially responsible, and donate large quantities of produce to a local food pantry to help fight food insecurity in our community. You can feel good about being a member! That they have great produce goes without saying. They also offer a variety of shares to meet your needs, including spring, fruit, and storage shares. Can I recommend them enough? No. No, I can not. These guys & gals rock!

This place has parking in the side of the farm. Upon entering the farm store, you are welcomed by the enchanting smell of lavender. There are various lavender items all over the store. They also have a mini kitchen area that serves the most amazing cherry lavender pie alongside various lavender infused drinks. The lemonade is absolute delicious! So much do that I ordered two for myself lol. It really just hits the spot on a hot and humid day. You can take your food out to the table area where you can see bees busy at work pollinating plants. If you select to do the wagon ride, you will learn about the business and the lavender extraction process. The owners are both very nice and do a great job of explaining the three types of lavender plants they grow on the farm and how the extraction process occurs to make essential oils. When we got to the Vintage Brewing we had hoped to sit outside but everyone else had the same idea. It would have been a 20-30 wait so we chose to sit inside at one of their high tops. The area was in the bar and roomy we could see everything that was going on around the bar but kind of in the way of the thorough way of the kitchen where food came out and where they get their drinks from the bartenders. Our server walked by often so we received great service. I ordered the Rueben, it was delicious I'm so happy the have found another so close to home. The corned beef was thick, with just the right amount of juiciness, sauerkraut, thousand Island dressing and the best marble rye bread toasted perfect perfectly. I ordered straight fries well seasoned. I also ordered their homemade root beer, I'm not a fan. It tasted more like black licorice than root beer. I'd definitely go back and order visit its sister establishment in Madison on East Washington Avenue.

It is located along the Wisconsin River a short drive outside of Madison. Vintage Brewing is right on the river, giving the patio a really pretty setting. The patio is large and has a great spot for bands with plenty of tables for the audience. We decided to order dinner while we were there. I am not a beer drinker so I ordered the Wisconsinite ( a blackberry brandy old-fashioned). It wasn't bad, but definitely more on the sweet side than I care for. We shared the fried cheese curds, which had a great flavor, though not the best I've had. I really enjoyed my blackened salmon salad. The salmon was delicious and the salad was fresh. My husband also enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich. They had some fun swag for sale, and I came home with a cute pink t-shirt. All in all, Vintage Brewing is a cool place with beautiful location a great vibe. If you have a chance, catch The Sparks Band (a fun cover band).
