The drivers were excellent but not who I talked to on the phone to book the rides. She is in Cheboygan county. I called today, 7/3/23 at around 10:20 am to book a ride from Cheboygan to Petoskey for 7/5. She doesn't sound like she's willing to help at all. She transferred me to a non working number, too bad I wasn't able to get her name, but she books rides in Cheboygan. This is not the first time that she's been rude to me. I've always been respectful when I call this company. they are a big help to people like me who can't drive plus their fares are reasonable. I hope they can do something about it because this is not a good representation of Straits Regional Ride. read more
