Vibrant ink restored my faith with their kindness, professionalism and decency. Alex pierced my nose to perfection and because of his expertise it is healing tremendously compared to when I pierced my nose in another shop. I highly recommend vibrant ink. I sincerely appreciate it! Thank you

Also known as the 'London Piercing Clinic' I believe…read more Not really sure what I am comparing against, not my usual haunt I have to admit it! Selling items which I believe can be used to smoke 'tobacco' and herbs I am sure! At the back of the shop is the tattooing and piercing area. Guys there seem to know what they are doing. They do go through a lengthy intro to the piercing procedure and what you need to do afterward with regards to care. There is also the selection of the piercing again, explaining all you need to know. Once committed and paid up, they take you into a piercing room which is clean and hygienic looking. Again they go through the procedure of what is going to happen and mark you up (wherever that piercing you want may end up!). With that all done and the OK on your pen mark they set to making the piercing. These are not done with a 'gun' but the old fashioned way of the needle in and then the piercing. I suppose it depends on where you have it to the pain! There is no 'numbing' of the area first. All quickly over, they ask for a photo and you are done. Like I said, friendly staff and seem to know what they are doing.

Whilst the products in this store are diverse and reasonably priced I found a member of staff…read moreextremely rude. Having watched his customer service, which entailed a lot of shoulder shrugging, I suggested to a customer a product that the shop did not stock. He instantly made a rude remark and then had the decency to pull me aside in the shop and stress to me that I shouldn't speak to customers in store especially if I was going to recommend a product they do not sell. Other than this one staff member a brilliant place. Piercing staff are very professional and polite.

I had a rough idea of what I wanted (swirly star design) and took a picture along when I made my appointment. The lady that also works reception then drew something more like what I wanted and sized it down to fit where I wanted it (my inner wrist). I cannot remember if it was Bobby or Dave that did the inking but they did a good job. Where it is on my wrist and holding it in place the skin got stretched a little so if you look closely 2 of the stars look slightly mis-shaped but they're so small and nobody is going to see it that closely it isn't a big deal, I'm just being my usual fussy self. Living in Rainham I believe Bobby then went on to open his own shop on Station Road.

I came in for a daith piercing, checkin process was easy, staff was very nice and place was clean. However they did not have a good selection of jewelry. Basically I was only given two options - "silver" or "gold" 16mm barbell, their higher end jewelry was a few hundred quid but they said that they weren't ideal for quick healing. Upon entering the piercing room, I was shown the double sanitary materials and was explained the process. Ray had me lay down and proceeded with the piercing, but it kept falling out. He had to "re pierce" the same spot twice more before he got it right and boy was it horribly painful and quite bloody. I guess three time's a charm, but I was disappointed that he was blaming the materials manufacturer instead of his own lack of skills (allegedly 6 years and works at two piercing shops). No cleaning saline was offered, only a few q tips upon my request. No after care instructions were given! :( For a shop that's only been open for 2 weeks, I suppose I got what I paid for, only 80£ in total. Please do your research when it comes to body modifications!

Updated review! Do not go here, she has no customer service, treats her customers like a number…read more When i told her that i have fibromyalgia, she smirked and said well you don't look like you're in pain. Get to the back of the queue. I literally wanted to scream shut up in her face, how dare she, the pain i go through daily, the pain killers i have to take and she has the cheek to be so disrespectful. Disgusting. She has no empathy, and discriminates against people with invisible disabilitities. My piercing got infected because she didn't change the bar to the correct size, put in one that was way too big, then she told me to find another piercer to change the bar, the other piercer put in the wrong size, had to spend more money paying another piercer to change it, then the piercing itself (twice), my cheek started to swallow the piercing and heal over it, waited 2 months for her to just sort it out, to the point where i now just want it removed. Which would've taken her 2 seconds, but as she doesn't care about her previous customers she treated me like trash. Anyone who has already waited an hour and half in a queue for the piercing, who has to come back due to an issue, should be given priority. If i was in the queue i would understand, and in sure everyone else would feel the same, as they may need to return too. But when you get an infection because of her aftercare she doesn't care, she's just rude. Don't come here if you want someone professional and wants to make sure that your piercing has healed correctly. I was told time and time again that her service was bad, and ignored it. Not again. Queues are ridiculously long and she only provides 3 chairs. There are 3 workers, but only one person who can actually deal with piercings, all she cares about is moving on to the next paying customer. Cheaper is not better. I literally went back and forth to her shop, waiting for it to open again, back and forth from the doctors for my infection. Multiple piercing shops trying to find someone who deals with cheeks and then had to have another piercer change the bar twice! And she didn't give a dam. Hopefully she learns from this and starts treating her loyal customers better. My original review: Always go here, she's great - i was wrong, annoyed that I've recommended her to so many people, never again.
