We ordered the Chai Tea Latte and the Apple Christmas Tea. They offer several seating areas perfect for conversation, relaxation, or hanging out. A standout feature is their book section, which highlights local authors and adds a unique charm to the space. My wife loved her Chai Tea Latte, calling it delicious, while my Apple Christmas Tea was hands down the best cup of tea I've ever had. We ended up staying for lunch because of doing some remote work. I had the Bacon and Spinach quiche which was amazing! Cristina had the Chicken salad that came with a cucumber salad. She said it was awesome! I would come back just to the cucumber salad! Callaways Coffee and Bistro popped up as a little house with adorable photos and lovely reviews and off we went. It was perfect. They have REAL FOOD here. I tried to reproduce the menu, but seriously they have pages of breakfast, salads and sandwiches. And COFFEE, of course. I had this amazing 100% Angus patty Cheeseburger - an enormous perfectly cooked patty. ($9.95) My husband ordered the Ragun Cajun, a spicy Chicken breast on ciabatta that he loved. ($9.95) They still had pie, blondies, cookies and assorted yummy sweet treats under glass. I had the Buttermilk pie with a Tender crust and totally delicious filling! ($2.75) Our server was a terrific young man; personable, helpful and a good cook! We had a good time. The bathroom is Unisex and clean. There is plenty of seating. We sat at a regular dining table, but there are plenty of tables for two or three in addition to chairs and sofas. Most parking is street side. I'm looking forward to coming back!
